  Hey all! I went on a tour here recently because my fiance and I are looking for a new place to live. We had met Jerrilyn she was very kind and answered the very many questions I had (and I had a lot of them) she knows every room and floor plan like she built the place. Overall I had a fantastic time and tour, we decided this is the place for us. Jerrilyn told us that "this is the closest to a resort you can get while living there" and she is right! This place has everything you can think of and its all conveniently located. Thank you so much Jerrilyn, and Gettysburg square for considering us as tenants, can't wait to move in!

  My husband and I scheduled a property tour and it was a great experience. It started off with the leasing agent, Jerrilyn asking us some important questions about what we are looking for in an apartment, like how many bedrooms, what our rent expectations are. Based on our preferences, she looked up what was available and took my husband and I around on a golf cart . We fell in love with the beautiful scenery and the apartment was awesome. We felt at home with Jerrilyn, so we decided to apply for a one bedroom priced perfectly for us. I love the fact that this property is Pet Friendly. I know my little Chihuahua will love the fenced in dog park. Thank you Jerrilyn, you made our day.

  I would not recommend living here. I work from home and could hear everything from the next door neighbors arguing to the kids upstairs running and shaking our ceiling at all hours of the day. The shared dryer in our building never worked properly even after they claimed they fixed it. The people living here weren’t very pleasant. There was a guy who smoked wd in the parking lot everyday and the smell would come into our apartment if we had a window open. My bank account was temporarily closed due to potential identity theft so rent was paid ONE day late and they charged a hefty late fee. I’ve never lived in an apartment that didn’t have a grace period. Overall, this place was way too expensive for the things we had to deal with. Don’t move here!
