  Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location of apartments located nearby downtown Cincinnati. Jerrilyn was very easy going and extremely helpful with any questions and showing off the apartments around the property.

  My representative had outstanding customer services and was very professional. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all questions of the surrounding areas and activities. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Great place !

  Facilities were quick to respond and always on top of seasonal maintenance, and the leasing office was always friendly and easy to work with despite multiple faces coming and going while I lived there. Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is the price was getting hard to justify for a 1 bedroom apartment + amenities.

  Been living at Gettysburg for a year now and enjoy the green space & quite friendly community that feels like home. Conveniently located near highway, stores, restaurants, & hospital. Jerrilyn & Chris have been very helpful resolving leasing & any issues that arise. The Brian & maintenance team have been doing a good job on the property repairs. Great place to live!

  Was shown a apartment with high ceilings and a breakfast bar and was told the room i picked had these things, got there on move in day and I did not have them. When it comes to moving out they charge crazy high move out costs. I also had to pay a extra month of rent after my lease ended because I did not notify them I was moving out soon enough. Would not recommend to anyone.
