  I have been living here for about 2 years, and it is a wonderful little community. The office always is able to help with any problems or concerns, and the neighborhood is always clean and never had any problems.

  As brand new adults, finding an apartment was borderline impossible. Everywhere we went there was some kind of catch or air of dishonesty. Right at the end of our search when we were in the most stressed and sensitive state, Jerrilyn swooped in. She was informative, super super kind, and even stayed longer just to help us get our paperwork figured out so we could have a quick and easy process. It was so refreshing to see genuine humanity and compassion from an apartment complex, especially after being drug through the mud with our previous attempts. She just genuinely wanted to help us start our lives together and that was a beautiful gesture that will stay with us forever.
