  I am so thankful for such great people to rent from. They are always keeping up on the properties and always answer the call when called. My location is right across the street from the fire house which I feel so safe because of that. They are understanding of things that happen it life and will work with you as long as you communicate with the. It affordable for me and my daughter for I am a single mom. I'm Greatful to be and family member by such a great community. They also allow service dogs. I would like to see a pool built. They do have a work out room that is available 24/7 and also they have a fenced in dog park and poop post all around the community so your angle to grab a small pool bag clean up after your pet and still enjoy them. Pets are also good for mental health and for anyone in that matter. Thank you weaver farm apartments for having me and my daughter. We are so Greatful. The office also does things like movie gather nights and trick or treating parties and much more. I took picture in a different way, letting you know that this community brings warmth and happiness.

  Don’t anticipate being able to sleep past 10 am, all maintenance’s are scheduled on a different day each day providing just enough annoyance each day to make sure you can’t sleep in. And poor sound proofing of walls. Whether that’s leaf blowers being blown for 2 hours straight to lawn mowers the next day, to vacuuming the hallways at 9 am. Overall appreciate the effort that is put in, but they really need to take into account that people work late night jobs. They could easily do all this things on one day.

  I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I love it. Leasing staff is always amazing and helpful. They always address issues asap. I’m glad to have found this place and call it my home!

  I lived here for four years. Make sure you change your locks or put extra locks on doors and windows. The maintenance crew are not to be trusted and the company will do nothing for you.

  Great place to call home. Staff is always friendly an welcoming. If your looking for a place to live I'd recommend weaver farms to anyone 5/5!!!!
