Last night was the first and hopefully only time we have called for emergency maintenance and lo and behold who came to our rescue, at 2:00 in the morning, but Mike! She has also been responsive for any needs since moving in. Maintenance manager, Mike, did a great job of getting our unit ready for move in and fixing any issues we have had since. Highly recommend this community!
- AZAlan ZgodaJun 18, 20265.0This is by far the most peaceful place I've ever lived. The neighborhood is quiet even next to a relatively main road, neighbors are laid back and relaxed. If anything breaks, Mike in maintenance has been absolutely awesome and takes care of any issues extremely quickly and is very personable. Excellent place to live if you're a laid back quiet person.
- NCNancy ChandlerJun 12, 20261.0I would give no stars. We went once this week to get information. Sign on door said back at 3:00p. We waiting til 3:30 and left. I went on line to book appointment. Had an appointment for 3:00 today. Arrived...no one there. Another lady was there and said she had 3:00 o'clock appointment and another person said they had a 3:30 p.m. appoint. Also notice a sign that said "pool closed". I'm convinced this is not a neighborhood I want to live in!
