The grounds are well-maintained, feels like a neighborhood, not an apartment complex. And Mike was always so responsive and kind to them- I know I appreciated that so much! They did too…not only as the guy that could fix stuff for them 😉 but they also thought of him as their buddy! ❤️

Because of financial reasons I had to move but I will recommend anyone who is looking for a clean, specious and quiet place live to consider the villages of Florence! Everyone is very nice at the office and Mike the maintenance guy is awesome! Always taking care of my maintenance problems quickly. I missed being a resident!
