  We (my wife and I) are exploring the best options for our housing needs as we relocate to the Florence, KY area. The Paddock Club is beautiful and easily a front-runner for us right now! DeAndra gave us a great tour, answered all our questions, and was incredibly personable throughout the process. Great experience!

  Are these reviews real? I’m so disappointed because I was considering moving into these apartments when my lease ended to be closed to my child’s school but looking at these reviews have me 2nd guessing this decision now…. I can’t deal with bedbugs. The place I rent now comes in every three weeks and sprays to prevent things like this… I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be the same for here…. Can someone confirm if this is still an issue ?

  After touring several places Deandrea (I hope I spelled it right)🙂was the most refreshing tour guide I experienced.I absolutely love the place.Gym,pool,master bath,washer and dryer hook-up and to top it off a little dog bathing sink for my son🐕I recommend checking it out...

  DO NOT RENT WITH ANY PLK COMMUNITY!! I have lived here for 13 months. They have switched staff/managers 4 times, in this small time frame. From moving into an unfit unit they would not allow us to change out of (smokers lived in the unit, removing the AC vent showed lack of care/damage). The office employees avoid you and your calls at all costs unless you’re signing a brand new lease. This same office doesn’t consider a 4+ day no AC in 80°+ weather with a baby under the age of 1 in the 3b3b apartment an emergency. They provided one portable AC that was also in a smokers home and said that would be fit enough to cool that large of an apartment down. The portable AC also points directly at the ceiling, it also had missing parts so the maintenance man Rodney went out of his way to make wood cut outs so it could be useable. He also did his best to clean the unit for me, when he wasn’t instructed to at all. The only person on this property who cares and has gone above and beyond is Rodney a maintenance employee. On top of all this they will mark maintenance orders complete when they are not. For 13 months my back patio door has not locked, my ice maker has never worked, the hood vent/range has also never worked. But was marked complete by the head maintenance man (supposedly) and the then acting office manager. I attached photos of the dirty air intake they wanted to just shove an air filter in and do nothing for treating it/the odor/dirtiness. Also attached is our original walk through in this apartment.
