- SBShilou Jean Baptiste.Jun 5, 20261.0⚠️ Beware! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management will charge you for normal wear and tear when you move out. They even provided photos of a stovetop with cloudy marks and claimed it was mine, despite me having photos taken on my move-out date showing the actual condition of the stove. When I moved in, the stovetop was already old and in poor condition, so charging residents for normal wear from everyday cooking is unreasonable. The last two years living here were extremely frustrating. The hot water system repeatedly stopped working, and management failed to properly replace or resolve the issue. There were also mold issues that developed during my time there. I am beyond relieved to have moved out. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
