  This apartment complex isn’t considerate, had a job rescinded to me a day or two after I signed the lease. Asked if they could be lenient on it being that we never picked up the keys or moved any of our stuff in. The property was turnkey ready. They pressured for money instead. They have no consideration for things like this at all. Threaten that if we didn’t pay it would go to collections for the original terms. Very money Hungry.

  My daughter and I enjoyed our tour. Beautiful apartments and townhome. Just what I am looking for. I loved that the washer and dryer are included. When we were on the tour it was very peaceful and well kept. The game room had Pac-Man and the funniest thing was the workout room had pictures of cupcakes and sweets. Lol Loved it. I already put in an application.

  now a days we are see so many flies and lake is also from long time not clean .Apart from that everything looks good to me and clubhouse is also good and have some games option to play there along with swimming pool that is seems very nice

  DO NOT LEASE HERE My brother and his family recently signed a lease agreement with this complex due to a new job offer he received requiring him to have to relocate. This is a young family of 3 with a 6 month old baby. 3 days after signing the lease agreement my brother received terrible news that the job offer had been rescinded. My brother’s family never took possession of the keys nor moved into the apartment and he immediately contacted the leasing office to try to see what could be done. The regional manager decided to still charge my brothers family $6,000 of charges for “breaking the lease” early and only giving them 60 days to do it. After several failed attempts to plead his case and express to them he no longer had the job offer and could no longer relocate. Even explaining that they never even picked up the keys or went inside the apartment so the unit remained in amazing turn key condition. This all fell on deaf ears. There was no grace. No understanding of the financial hardship. We can tell this apartment complex do not care about their tenants.
