  There is absolutely no sound proofing/ insulation in these "luxury" apartments. My upstairs neighbors sound like elephants who have cement blocks for shoes. I can hear every small detail of their personal habits/hygiene. It gets tiring to always have to use noise canceling headphones. Unless you want to live on the 3rd floor, I would avoid.

  Everyone was super friendly and gave very descriptive answers to all of our questions! These apartments are top notch and feel like you’re living in a resort!!!!

  Extremely disappointing experience living here for a 13 month lease. Don’t expect to get your security deposit back under any circumstances. Management is a joke, such a pain to deal with, especially Kenndra. Maintenance takes weeks at best to respond to maintenance issues, and even then, you will not receive an update on what they are doing to fix the issue. If you’re considering living here, please keep in mind that all of these positive reviews are written by people who have merely received apartment tours here, not actually lived here. Just food for thought.

  Great amenities but that is the only positive thing i can say about living here. The Management here is easily the worst of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Rude and incompetent. Maintenance requests take weeks to get completed, the manager lied to me about pricing before moving in, our deposit amount changed the week we were moving in. They also tried to tell us that we could not bring one of our pets the week of move in even though the pet pricing was in our lease. I had to reach out to the ownership group directly to get this resolved. After living there two months, they also billed us incorrectly and then had to lump sum payment to get this corrected. They also at one point under charged the entire complex for water and then had everyone pay a huge bill to catch the complex up. The pool was also promised to be open at move in, but was not open until the very end of the summer. Carpet in bedrooms are cheap and came up with vacuuming. We made management aware of this multiple times. They told us it would be replaced, and we would not be charged. After we moved put in June, we were told we would receive our security deposit back within 30-45 days. After visiting the office two different times and being told last week that it was never submitted, I received an email this week saying we weren’t receiving a deposit back due to the carpet and some minor scuffs on the wall. I wanted to love this place, but the management team made this a miserable experience. Would not recommend.
