  Julia was the absolute best to work with today! After closing on our house and quickly looking for an apartment, she made the process peaceful and less stressful than we expected. ☺️ Highly recommend and appreciate the wonderful customer service we received today!

  We are coming up on our 1 year living here and we plan to continue our stay! Please keep in mind this is my experience and hope everyone has enjoyed or plans to enjoy their time here. When we first moved there was plenty of construction and things had some rough patches to start, however, we understood that it was all a work in-progress and they were very open about and accommodating for those ossues. Communication: We have had great communication through emails or messages that alerts of news or upcoming events. Fixes: With the ability to put work orders in the app, you are able to select if it is a low or high need for any fixes or services that need to be taken care of in your space. You can also select if you want them when you are there or if you are okay with them coming in when you are out. We have not had any issues of people just coming in without warning and snooping. Amenities: Have been a huge plus with having a pool available, a 24/7 gym, study rooms, and clubhouse space that is available for hanging out. Vibe: Kenndra, Julie, and Amber clearly have a strong sense to make sure the community and environment is fit for everyone. Taking steps to ensure we are heard and go out of the way, and making sure the area is clean and safe. Those who have pets don't need to worry about parting with their companion as they do allow them on property. A bonus with having a dark park available! Overall, all this to say that if you are looking for a new place, even if temporary, I think everything you need can be found at Sage Springs.

  We’ve absolutely loved living here! From day one, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free, and the staff has been consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we’ve needed assistance, maintenance has been quick to respond and everything gets handled efficiently. The community is clean, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience and we genuinely enjoy calling this place home!

  I’ve had a really positive experience living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean and in good condition. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, and they genuinely seem to care about the residents. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to after a long day. I also appreciate the amenities and overall layout of the complex. It’s convenient and fits my lifestyle. Parking has never been an issue, and the common areas are kept up nicely.

  Had a great experience with Amber at Sage Springs in Elizabethtown. I toured shortly after a family funeral, and she was incredibly kind and understanding during that time. She even went out of her way to set up a second tour for my family. Super responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful through the whole process. I’ve been approved and am really looking forward to moving in this July—huge thanks to Amber!
