  It was my first time to browse houses in the US for me with my husband and Julia showed us this apartment with detailed explanations tho. I highly recommend Julia here to need any inquiries to get answers:)

  The property is amazing and most accommodating for all needs. Julia is amazing and knowledgeable about the property and left me without any doubt about how nice of a place this is to live.

  I had a great tour with Amber today! She made us feel so welcome, it didn't feel like she was just doing her job to get my business, she made it feel like she was showing me my home. The property was clean, and all the amenities were great. Right now, Sage is our #1 choice, and I'm sure we will be back to tour again.

  I cannot stress this enough, I had the absolute best tour with Amber ever!! She gave me all the information I needed and made me and my family feel so welcome and just made it feel a home away from home! Will be canceling my other appointments because not only did she sell me on the apartment but she made it feel so comfortable and safe! 10/10 recommend doing a tour here, they truly are the best and the apartments are so nice!

  I have lived at Sage Springs for the past seven months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within my first week, the brand-new unit I moved into had no hot water, forcing me to shower in a vacant apartment. Since then, I’ve experienced multiple maintenance issues. My patio door was not properly sealed, and when the patios were pressure washed, water and mud flooded my living room. The air conditioning was also out for over a month while it was 80°+ outside. Communication from both management and maintenance was inconsistent, and it took weeks of repeated calls before I was even provided a window AC unit. Management ultimately had to send HVAC specialists to my apartment three separate times before the issue was finally resolved, all in a unit that wasn’t even a year old. Additionally, maintenance has entered my apartment without prior notice on multiple occasions, which was both frustrating and concerning as a resident. Respect for tenants’ privacy and proper communication should be a basic expectation. I have attempted to contact the vice president overseeing Sage Springs multiple times and have yet to receive a follow up response. For a community marketed as “luxury” living, the level of service and responsiveness has been far below expectations. Many of the amenities residents pay for either do not function properly or were not completed as promised when leases were signed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be renewing my lease.
