As a first time homeowner, buying a house is not inherant knowledge. It is very much a learning process. I cant say enough how thankful we are to have Alex and Mitch helping us through the process. They both walked us every step of the way and were always a call away with any questions we had. I know if we had gone anywhere else, we would not have the house we absolutely love, and the help we needed through this. Our home is absolutely beautiful and the quality is immaculate. So glad I chose Clayton for our forever home. Thankyou Alex & Mitch from the whole Courtney family for making our family's dream home possible ❤️ ♥️

We love our beautiful home!!! Thank you to Mitch and his crew at Dry Ridge Ky Clayton Homes for everything you all did. Mitch went above and beyond to make everything go as smooth as it could with the exception of the unpredictable weather. He was always available to answer all of our questions and handle all of our requests. Now that we are in our home Mitch still remains available and responds to our questions and requests.

Mitchel, the manager, at this location was amazing. He corrected huge problems we had when we bought from another home location. He came into the sale and not only fixed all the issues we were having with the other dealer, but he communicated and gave us real information instead of giving what sounded good. 100% a great experience because of him. Our home is beautiful, done right, safe, and we love it. Thank you Dry Ridge Clayton & a special thanks to Mitchel!
