  Nicole the leasing manager met us last minute and squeezed us in when another person cancelled and even bumped up the time so we could get to another appt right after. The studio was big for a studio apt and had lots of natural lighting, window blinds were in great shape & appliances seemed fine. Walk in closet also. Although it was downpouring, she took us upstairs in elevator to see the roof top on 3rd floor. I read online there is a fitness center, but we didn’t see it & weren’t told of this amenity. Area seemed safe, but a couple blocks away from shops and restaurants from what I could tell.

  I'm an allergy sufferer and breathing is difficult with out AC. I placed a ticket, John gave me a heads up he was coming out and he got my AC working right away, much appreciated.

  Awesome experience moving into Seminary Square Lofts. The location is amazing, the layout is so open and spacious. I love it! Can’t say enough great things about the community and the office staff and maintenance. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
