  Nicole the leasing manager met us last minute and squeezed us in when another person cancelled and even bumped up the time so we could get to another appt right after. The studio was big for a studio apt and had lots of natural lighting, window blinds were in great shape & appliances seemed fine. Walk in closet also. Although it was downpouring, she took us upstairs in elevator to see the roof top on 3rd floor. I read online there is a fitness center, but we didn’t see it & weren’t told of this amenity. Area seemed safe, but a couple blocks away from shops and restaurants from what I could tell.

  Overall, a good experience. However, once purchased by PLK, too much activity every day and honestly, the parking situation is frustrating as hell. Folks from the business across the street use spaces and often take spaces closest to the building. First time ever in twelve years that I was unable to find a legit parking spot and had to make my own space. Management and maintenance have always been quite responsive. . Unfortunately, I will be moving at the end of December because of the rent increase, parking fee and the additional fees are unacceptable for what the resident gets in return. PLK doesn't have the Covington vibe. I will miss my space but PLK seems a bit greedy with all of the add-on charges in addition to rent and utilities.
