  This is a hidden gem of Covington! So close to everything but a nice quiet place to live with stunning views of Cincinnati. Martin is so nice and helpful. Absolutely love this community

  Martin and Griffin were incredibly helpful throughout the entire move in and move out process while I was here! They made everything easy and were the most responsive, understanding, and friendly leasing team I've ever encountered.

  I’ve worked with this property for a while now and it’s been a solid experience. Martin is great to work with, he’s straightforward, communicates well, and actually follows through on things, which you don’t always get. Makes the job a lot smoother. Overall just a good team and easy property to work with.

  These apartments are filled with thugs - my car has been broken into twice and run into by residents in the parking lot twice. Management refuses to address even major maintenance issues. The maintenance supervisor is extremely rude and has made sexist comments to me. After I complained about my air going out THREE times this summer without a fix and parking issues where residents parked in my handicapped space they decided to not renew my lease. Really 'nice' people. If you want an un-caring place to live that doesn't care if SNOW comes under your front door and has NEVER fixed it. Live here. And good luck. Oh - and notice all the positive reviews are from almost a year ago when management changed. KEY HERE. The condescension from management is APPALLING.
