  Absolutely an amazing place to live. Been here 2 years and haven’t had a single problem. Management is attentive and quick to help - especially Mary who just helped me with a crazy and last minute change of apartments. The location is amazing and the apartments themselves are very nice. 10/10 would recommend!

  My move in was the smoothest I’ve ever had! Mary gave me all the information I needed ahead of time, accommodated a change of time when my moving crew was running late, and stayed available to answer questions. I am very new to the community, but it seems like I choose the right place!

  Could not recommend Duveneck Square more. I’ve lived on the property since 2022 and have always had great experiences here. Nicole is a great property manager and always is available for questions or help. Unfortunately, my fiance and I are finally upgrading to a house and leaving behind this great spot in Covington next to our favorite restaurants and bars (the well!). Best place to live in NKY by far.

  I didn’t end up moving here due to changes at work but the whole apartment viewing process, waitlisting, and follow up from the leasing team was great! The prices are also fantastic!
