  NEVER GO THERE!!! We spoke on the phone with a salesman named Chris and told us everything was included in the package. Then we drove approximately 6 hours back and forth to look at mobile homes. Once we arrived he lied about everything and started adding additional charges. He was absolutely not knowledgeable about the units and every time we asked him about something and tried to avoid the answer. He wasted 6 hours of time and fuel. Please be aware of this place and especially Chris!!!

  Bought our home in December of 2019, the buying part went well...was told that our home would be delivered and set up by the middle of January, it was the end of February....went 3or4 months before our heat pump which we payed an extra $3500 for was delivered and hooked up, had to call and complain to even get it, summer of that year the condensation tube started leaking and flooded my floor and duct work..called clayton homes hvac contractor tri county mobile home parts about getting it fixed, never got a call back from them and fixed it myself....had bathtub leaking underneath my house which they supposedly fixed but didn't, a shower supply line leaked and ruined a piece of drywall on each side of the wall, called about that and both of my tubs leaking on February 4th 2021 and wad supposed to have someone come fix it as soon as the drywall was ordered, first of may i still hadnt heard and called again....was told that melvin hadn't ordered anything and didnt have any records of me calling, and the guy i talked to that time was the new project manager, they were there a week later and replaced one sheet of drywall and said they'd be back asap to do the rest...3 months later and i hadnt heard anything,called last week and was supposed to be called back by another new project manager with the same name as the last one id talked to 3 months earlieron Monday, 10 days later ive not recieved a call back, been trying to get this fixed for over six months, once you close on the home the lies start, wouldnt recommended buying a dog house from clayton homes of corbin

  Bought our home in september. Took alot longer to set up than we were told. Still having problems pop up. After giving our review 2 weeks ago to the main people of how their service was. Melvin or corey are not responding to our messages. I have siding not lined up. You can see the white plastic under it. And trim along the roof is now falling. "Energy saving home" electric bill is still almost $400. Cold air comes through around the windows. Front door handle is still not working properly after they said "fixed" it.
