It is conveniently located close to a Kroger, and a Walgreens. Our unit feels spacious. The common areas are well maintained. Savannah at the leasing office has been very responsive and cordial. As of now, I would recommend this place without any reservations.

- SHSheryl HJan 6, 20201.0The ladies at the office and the maintenance man were friendly. However, the builders did not build this property well, and it caused issues. The property looks great from the outside, but it appears that they were hurriedly built. There are gaps in the foundation between the concrete slab and the walls and gaps around the front door. This property backs up to a valley with woods, and the gaps allow all kinds of bugs to enter. We had spiders coming out of the air vents in the ceiling and from under the baseboards. We had ants and beetles coming out from under interior walls and the sliding glass door. We even had bugs that we had never seen before. We made multiple maintenance requests, but the cause of these issues was never addressed. They just tried to put a band aid on the problem. They sprayed a few times and put down some powder, but the ants, spiders, and multiple other bugs kept coming. We even had a family of crickets take up residence. We reached a breaking point and decided to move. The office was all too happy to charge us the $3,000 to break our lease, even though they were at fault for not fixing the bug infestation.
