  Paris was so so sweet! We walked in without an appointment and walked out with an apartment! Very professional. Very funny. Gave us a great deal for move in and helped us decide. Apartments are gorgeous with great amenities.

  Jaylen is amazing. So warm and friendly and completely committed to providing me with answers to any of my questions or concerns. The apartments are stunning and well kept. The community is clean and inviting. Im truly happy with my choice. Thanks again Jaylen, keep doing your thing.

  I like to start off by saying that our downsizing to Burlington Oaks Apartments was an GRRREAT! decision. Our move-in process was seamlessly executed with ease. The application was simple and straightforward to understand with no problems. The apartment was super clean with what felt like a newly refurbished apartment, which I appreciated. Neighbors have been friendly when greetings are exchanged, another thing I like! We had minimal move-in issues but the one or two were addressed expeditiously. Michael who is the head maintenance tech is a pure gentleman and a scholar! He is super professional and very knowledgeable in his skills set and field of work. Michael had to scheduled to visit our apartment for squeaky tubs in our unit and he had us scheduled to have the issue resolved within days and our tubs are no longer squeaky, thanks Michael! The front office is warming and welcoming while the clubhouse is spacious and comfortably with a nice lounge area to enjoy and to have a little more variety of space to enjoy. I feel we made the best decision with Burlington Oaks Apartments as our new place of residence.

  My experience with Burlington Oak Apartments in Burlington, Kentucky, was absolutely terrible, and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for THREE YEARS, and after everything I experienced, I am extremely disappointed and angry about the way I was treated when I moved out. I followed the proper move-out process and signed the necessary documents with the previous management. I gave notice that I was moving out. However, this property constantly changes office staff, and when it was time for me to leave, the new staff suddenly claimed they had no record of my notice. I explained that I had already submitted signed documents to the previous management, but apparently, because the staff changed, my paperwork was no longer their problem. I moved out on August 27, which was my final day in the apartment, yet I was charged through August 30. I do not understand why I was charged for days after I had already moved out, and I was never given a reasonable explanation for these charges and penalty of 1783.23$ To make matters even worse, they sent the account to collections. After living in this apartment for THREE YEARS, this is how I was treated when I left. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not assume that the office will keep track of your paperwork, especially with the constant changes in management and staff. Based on my personal experience, I feel extremely disappointed, frustrated, and disrespected. It felt like they were more interested in charging me money than actually listening to me or resolving the situation fairly. The management and communication were extremely poor, and the way this move-out situation was handled was completely unacceptable in my opinion. I would NEVER recommend Burlington Oak Apartments to anyone. Think very carefully before renting here, and protect yourself by documenting EVERYTHING. After three years of living there, I expected better treatment, better communication, and a much more professional move-out process. Instead, I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way I was treated.
