Never in my life would I have imagined as many problems as I’ve had with a brand new home I’ve taken hours and hours and days and days off work just to have things fixed and they still want to deny things are their problem. I would urge you to stay clear of this builder. Photos attached are the inside of a basement grinder basin that is not even being used which should be clean inside and this is the garbage that they left in it

I thought that the homes would be outrageously priced, but my wife and I were surprised at how affordable they are. We both work downtown, so commute time was important, but we didn't want to live in Jefferson County anymore. This is right next to the interstate, so cuts our drive time down quite a bit! Oldham is beautiful and this neighborhood is breath taking! Staff was awesome and process was easy! Won't ever be confused with a custom builder, but they have a decent set of options and seems like the quality and price are very fair. 6 months in and definitely love living here so far! 2 thumbs up!
