  I absolutely adore living here. There are so many amazing amenities and the apartments are beautiful!! Jenna, one of the managers, is super helpful and friendly! I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends and family if they asked!

  We moved in July 2026 and I promise we’re not disappointed! The staff is very professional. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. The grounds people keep everything beautiful and neat! Our dog is getting spoiled with the dog parks which he has needed for a very long time. I would highly recommend The Drake to anyone looking for a caring community! I can honestly say living there is a true pleasure and blessing; the fire pit areas are awesome, the swimming pool, the gym, the clubhouse, the ponds and I could go on and on. It’s a place I look forward going to after a hard days work!

  We’ve been at The Drake for over 4 years. Not a single complaint. Management is easy to communicate with. Any issues we have in our apartment are promptly addressed by maintenance. The area feels safe and is very pet friendly. The grounds are kept nice so it gives me a nice peaceful place for early morning and evening walks! :) Not going anywhere any time soon 🫶🏼

  My partner and I recently toured The Drake and were incredibly impressed with the property, amenities, and staff. Jane Gullett in particular has been an absolute gem through the whole process. After getting fed up with our current apartment, we self scheduled an in person tour for a few days away. Jane reached out via email the same afternoon to confirm the tour, what we were looking for, and our projected move in date. Overall it was a relief to see how communicative staff is. From the moment we met Jane til now we've been astounded at how personable she is, and what a great sense of humor she has. We asked more questions than were probably necessary but she smiled through each one and gave us clear answers. She did a fantastic job showing us every little thing that makes The Drake worth considering. The clubhouse has amenities I haven't seen in other properties (billiards, coffee bar) and I loved that there was so much outdoor space to be used by residents. My partner and I were very excited about possibly applying, and once again Jane answered each question with care. She still emails a few times a week to let us know where we sit in the application process, which I personally really appreciate. I would recommend at least touring if you're considering beautiful, pet-friendly, gated apartment complexes in the area. (The pool is amazing by the way!)

  I had such a wonderful experience touring The Drake! The property is beautiful, welcoming, and really gave me a great feeling from the moment I arrived. A huge thank you to Halie, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the leasing process. She has been so friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional, and has made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell that she cares about helping people find the right place to call home. I’m so grateful for all of her help and would definitely recommend The Drake to anyone looking for a great place to live!
