  We moved here last August and the best decision we ever made. I was afraid to get out and walk at night before we moved now I feel safe to do so and The Drake is on top of things if you have a complaint it’s fixed the same day I highly recommend living here I love it beautiful place ❤️

  Hi! My fiancé and I moved out of the Drake in January of this year after living there for a year and a half. Leading up to this, we had multiple issues that only seemed to be more persistent the longer we lived there. Additionally, all of our friends that we met there had the same issues (all of them are either gone now or moving out as soon as they can). We had many issues over the course of our lease: unnecessary fees that were not enforced on all residents, broken amenities that they continuously REFUSED to fix, quarrels with the management, and much more. When we first moved in there was a different leasing manager, and since the new manager (Jenna), everyone we know that lives there has had complaints and issues. If you have any complaints or questions, just know that they will be met with a condescending attitude and never fixed or accommodated for. Since we have moved out, they charged us a $1,000 “move out fee” and refuse to answer our voicemails or any of our questions. If you can afford to live here, you will be much better off moving to the Hub instead. I could go on and on, but I think you get the gist. The residents are mostly great, but the management is unacceptable.

  Me and my girlfriend toured the Drake on May 2, 2026, without a scheduled appointment. We were greeted by Jane Gullett when we walked in. Another couple had already had a scheduled tour but Ms. Gullett went out of her way to ask the couple if they cared if we joined as well. Ms. Gullett was very enthusiastic and very kind. She made the tour a fun experience, while also being able to answer all the questions we had. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, and even shared about herself. We love what we saw, and were very honest with Ms. Gullett about looking at others places as well. However, if we do not end up signing at the Drake, we highly recommend checking it out just to experience the spark that Ms. Gullett brings!
