  Last few month here have been amazing. Maintenance is always on call for any problems I’ve had. I love going to the clubhouse for events. I am happy to call this place home.

  We lived here for three years and enjoyed our home. The office and maintenance staff have always been respectful and responsive. We only had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were quickly resolved. An opportunity came up to move closer to our family. Otherwise we would certainly have beef happy to stay at CTV. Thanks to CTV staff for giving us such a lovely and welcoming place to call home!! We will surely miss you.

  I would 100% recommend living here to anyone. The high ceilings and family friendly environment sold me on living here. The bedrooms are so spacious, neighbors are quiet and friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient with fixing issues. Best place I’ve ever lived.

  My family and I have been living here almost a year. It’s absolutely one of the worst places. I would literally give a 0 star but that wasn’t a option. It’s a shame the front office workers are so rude, they don’t care about the tenants or even care to fix a problem in the apartments when brought to their attention several times. If you was considering living here or would love to be in this area, I highly suggest not to waste your time or money here. It will be like Christmas Day when our lease is up here and we won’t have to put up with the disrespectful managers and empty promises Cumberland Trace village keeps breaking anymore!
