David has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Building and buying a new home involves a lot of moving pieces, and he has always been willing to answer our questions, help us understand the next steps, and work with us whenever something came up. The whole team has made us feel like they genuinely care about getting us into a home we’ll be happy with, rather than simply making a sale. Communication has been excellent, and David has continued to be helpful even after the paperwork was signed as we’ve moved into the site-development and construction stages. We’re very excited to see everything come together and would absolutely recommend David Stevens and Clayton Homes of Bowling Green to anyone considering a new home. Five stars from us!
