I had an excellent experience working with Olivia Terry at my apartment management office. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She patiently explained exactly which documents I needed to submit, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Olivia is professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping residents. Whenever I needed assistance, she was there to guide me and make the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of her help and highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Olivia, for going above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a hell of a weekend moving in, it was rough but Olivia made it so much easier after providing me with all the information! she is sooo kind. oh and thank you to the sweet maintenance guy who saw me get sick during move in and came to check on me, I promise i wasnt drunk at 8am just sick. UPDATED 4 months after move in: went from 5 star to 2. only a 2 cause management still is very kind and answers all my questions however, the property is CAKED in trash. its everywhere literally, on the walls & all over the parking lot. Plus when they redid doors, they left nails all over the parking lot spaces. People dont know how to control their mean dogs nor how to pick up their dogs poop when a bag is less than 10 ft from them. Kids and unleashed dogs run up and down the halls at all hours of the night. the parking is horrible as people here park sideways and over lines. honestly, I love MY place but as soon as I open my front door, im reminded i live in a literal trashy apartment complex. but hey, management is nice!

I can agree about the kids that’s the only thing that bothers me the most loud screaming then they started banging on my door and running 🙄 DEFINITELY out of hand. I feel like there’s only so much they can do and honestly that’s not an office issue that’s a guardian issue 🤷‍♀️ It’s affordable perfect location everything’s under 7 mins away!!! I love my apt it’s cute, nice and clean. I’ve only met one maintenance man when I moved in November and he was young, friendly and helpful and now he’s gone. Now we have a very smart nice older man that’s quick on fixing things up ❤️ idk his name but he’s the best!!!! I work over nights so when they fix things they don’t wake me up! I feel safe being here the police coming out happens in all neighborhoods 🤷‍♀️ I mind my business 😂❤️ the office staff is nice to me so nothing to complain about there
