  I am more than happy to leave a 5 star review for James with Nexalending. James took over our process of buying a new house after things fell through with the previous company, and he went above and beyond to make sure that the process went quickly and had a smooth transition as we purchased our first home. I would definitely recommend James to any first time home buyers, he was available any time and did everything he could to make sure we were back on track!

  James Branden is a machine. Buying a house is one of the most important and expensive thing you will ever do in your life and he made it the smoothest experience ever. James was always available when I needed to speak with him (even when I just needed reassurance on several occasions). He is very detail oriented and explains the rules and procedures for loans and makes sure you understand clearly! 6 weeks ago I never thought we would ever be able to move into a home like the one we just bought. We wouldn’t be where we’re at today if it wasn’t for James and his amazing team. My wife and I are closing on our dream home tomorrow. I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for someone that they can count on and trust. James will go above and beyond because his best reward is helping people buy their next home. Thank you James!
