  I love living here, and Rhonda is so sweet and nice. She works hard and im happy she is park manager. She always has time for you and is very understanding.

  Rhonda goes above and beyond anytime I have a problem she has Chris come same day if not the next day fixed my ac unit fix my window. She even let me borrow a gas can when my car broke down close to the trailer highly recommend living this is a great community feels like family

  We've lived here for almost 10 yrs now and enjoy the manager, Mrs. Rhonda, she has been the best choice made. She is always looking for ways to help or is willing to listen and be a sounding board if you need it. She also considers each of the residents when creating community events for everyone to get together and have fun. Mr. Chris, in maintenance, has been a great addition as well. He is knowledgeable and suggests ways to fix issues that may appear. We feel safe, and heard in our little community.

  We love our manufacture home! Rhonda made it a great experience! She helped use every bit of the way. We couldn't of done it without her.. We looked at other communities but they weren't clean like this one. My husband and I fish EVERY morning and night! It's paradise to use!

  We are very happy to call this community home! Our park manager is absolutely wonderful, she is kind, helpful, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She is always willing to listen and do what she can to help when questions or concerns come up. The park itself is also very well maintained. It is clean, quiet, and feels like a safe place to live and raise a family. You can tell there is pride in keeping the community looking nice and making it a comfortable place for everyone. We truly appreciate having a manager who cares about the residents and a community we can be proud to call home. Highly recommend!
