  I love living here BUT the owners of this park are not in this for the people who live here. They are only concerned about the income they can get out of a designated lower income community. Our manager is the blessing this park never received before and she tries so hard to understand that every resident here is on the lower end of the income train. Jacking up the lot rent every year giving ZERO amenities now is what the owners have done. Wont allow local business owners WHO LIVE HERE to contribute in healthy ways to our community without a huge fight to have outrageous unreasonable insurance and so on. Join this, join that, pay to join them, then we can deny them. THAT is what these owners are about. But again, our manager does. She wants to see us successfully pull through each month, and sometimes she is chained up by the very owners I speak of and carries the weight of sadness when she cannot help us. Owners who have never been here. Never come to meet the people. Never taken the safety of our park serious. They dont care, nor do they want to care. Our manager has driven around our park at 1am just to make sure we are safe when thieves decided to make life harder. I love living here, I love my neighbors, I love who manages our park, but the owners have steered so far away from God's word as the original premise at start up. The love of money IS the root of all evil. Until that changes, we have a nice place to live BECAUSE of the residents, which includes our manager, NOT the owners.

  I love living here, and Rhonda is so sweet and nice. She works hard and im happy she is park manager. She always has time for you and is very understanding.

  Rhonda goes above and beyond anytime I have a problem she has Chris come same day if not the next day fixed my ac unit fix my window. She even let me borrow a gas can when my car broke down close to the trailer highly recommend living this is a great community feels like family

  We've lived here for almost 10 yrs now and enjoy the manager, Mrs. Rhonda, she has been the best choice made. She is always looking for ways to help or is willing to listen and be a sounding board if you need it. She also considers each of the residents when creating community events for everyone to get together and have fun. Mr. Chris, in maintenance, has been a great addition as well. He is knowledgeable and suggests ways to fix issues that may appear. We feel safe, and heard in our little community.

  We are very happy to call this community home! Our park manager is absolutely wonderful, she is kind, helpful, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She is always willing to listen and do what she can to help when questions or concerns come up. The park itself is also very well maintained. It is clean, quiet, and feels like a safe place to live and raise a family. You can tell there is pride in keeping the community looking nice and making it a comfortable place for everyone. We truly appreciate having a manager who cares about the residents and a community we can be proud to call home. Highly recommend!
