  I lived there for awhile and it was good place to live. Karissa is great to work with and very helpful. The apartments are nicely renovated also.

  When I need something done, if there’s an issue, they are always right on top of it. It’s clean. I feel safe and that is most important.

  I’ve lived at Hampton Woods since December, and it has been a great place to call home. The community is quiet, well‑maintained, and feels welcoming from day one. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The management and maintenance teams have been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. Requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about keeping the property in good shape and residents happy. The location is also a big plus—convenient to I-435 Highway, and Shawnee Mission Park, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would absolutely recommend Hampton Woods to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

  Beautiful modern apartments with fireplace's, views to the outdoors and the forest with the decent-size back patio, granite kitchen counters, walk-in closets, and full size washer and dryer in the unit. These ultra cozy apartments are just the right size for a small family. The amenities are to die for. The pool looks like something right out of a resort in Florida. The racquetball court is a unique and cool addition; I’ve never seen this kind of addition before. The fitness classes with an iPad and big screen tv are something you would find in a huge club genesis, except you aren’t paying the exorbitant costs to have an actual person direct the class. The decently sized 24 hr fitness center on site is very cool. Shoutout to Anissa who has given us some of the best customer service of a Leasing consultant I have ever seen. She is on top of everything and quite responsive; and she is very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

  Just moved a bit ago! The leasing agents are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. maintenance responds very quickly to service requests and so do the office managers & email/text messaging systems. I appreciate everything!:) and i definitely recommend this complex as a single young woman or for anyone!!
