- CUCorey UehlingAug 3, 20265.0The gentleman went above and beyond, because he heard the toilet running out loud while he was fixing the bathroom towel rack, and even though that was not part of the original work order, he replaced the bad fill valve on the toilet. He also came over promptly, one day after me and my wife reported the issues. Very good Maintenance!
- GWGregory WadeJul 3, 20263.0The ac unit on my apartment when I first moved in here in July 22 2022 was great if you set it on 68 degrees it would only take a few minutes each time it cut on. I will have to say now as i type this it can't pull it down to 73 degrees so it will not cut off which means my electric bill will be very high. I think the unit needs replaced for it is old as hell . My list is up at the 27 th of July and if this continues then I have no choice to move somewhere that has better heating and cooling period

The management and maintenance teams have been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. Requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about keeping the property in good shape and residents happy. The location is also a big plus—convenient to I-435 Highway, and Shawnee Mission Park, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would absolutely recommend Hampton Woods to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.
