  Having Mark as my realtor was absolutely the best decision I have ever made. As a life long Salinan Mark has many many connections not only in Salina, but In nearby towns which you need in this type of business. Mark stays on top of the housing market and knew exactly how much to list my house for. He was right on with the price and netted me a very nice profit from when I bought it. Getting my house ready was daunting and overwhelming as I was doing it by myself. He was incredibly patient with me, never hurrying or stressing me, but was very supportive & encouraging which I so appreciated. He kept in constant communication with me which helped relieved my fears. By the time I was ready to put it on the market he already had a potential buyer. It sold as soon as they walked through my house. No open house or any other showings to deal with. It was such a huge relief. Mark kept me up to date on the closing aspects so there were no surprises. On the day of my move Mark even took my last load of items to Good Will for me. I don't know many realtors who would do this, but Mark isn't like most realtors. He is down to earth, hardworking, incredibly genuine, very honest & trustworthy and treats his clients like family!   I have known Mark for more than 50 years having Salina roots. He has more connections with people than anyone I know. He nailed my selling price and I didnt have to have an open house, which was a huge relief. The closing process went smoothly with his excellent communication and reassurance for both parties.
