  Love living at The Boulevard. Location is perfect and fits all my needs. Property is well maintained and all around an excellent experience. Amber is a big help in the office.

  I have lived here for 2 years and have been very surprised at how nice this place is. When I first moved it, it was a rough start, not much cleaned and a lot needed fixed. However, after mentioning this to the office, they were able to give some of my rent back from the first few weeks and maintenance has been incredible ever since. I have put in maintenance requests, and they've come within hours before. The buildings are old, so there are old building issues, like odd smells, cracks in walls, many layers of paint etc., but they really put a lot of work into the complex as a whole. The people in the office are always friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet place and there is a good community. Security is decent, and there is often a police car patrolling the complex at night. There have been car break-ins while I've been here but nothing too extreme, at least as far as I know. Cons: I'm on the ground floor and I've had a lot of issues with bugs in the summer month, however maintenance does come out and spray frequently. They use dynamic pricing for their rent. Once locked into a contract it stays the same, however you can be quoted a price one day and then the next it's different.

  I love living here!! Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in this place is by far the best. Everything is clean the amenities are great and maintenance is amazing !! I would 10000% recommend living here one of the few apartments in the city where I actually feel safe

  I wanted to share my honest experience so others can be aware before applying. I scheduled a tour on 04/04/2026 and brought my sister with me. We were greeted by Amiel, who was very kind st first and showed us a 2-bedroom apartment with brown cabinets and black appliances. I mentioned I was interested in a 1-bedroom, but she told me those were more expensive and not yet available to view. She also mentioned the 2-bedroom had a $300 special. After thinking about it, I called back and said I was interested. I was then guided through the application process for what I understood to be the same style unit that was shown to me. About a week later, I was preparing for my move-in date of April 15th. I coordinated utilities, completed requirements, and paid my co-signer fees the morning of. Everything seemed on track. I then went in to sign the lease, I asked to confirm that I would be getting the same layout shown during the tour. That’s when things changed. I was told I had been shown two units, which is not true. I had photos and my sister present to confirm only one was shown + the gym and pool. She showed me a photo of the apartment I would be getting and the photo didn’t look too bad and she said it had white cabinets and white appliances. Again this is not what I applied for and was not shown to me or explained. She then took me to see the actual unit I was being assigned—and it was completely different. It had outdated white cabinets, older appliances (including a worn stove and discolored yellow fridge handle), and a much smaller layout. It looked nothing like what I had toured or agreed to apply for. When I expressed my concerns, I was told this was normal for a “first apartment” and that I could move out after 12 months if I didn’t like it. That response was dismissive and unprofessional. I declined to sign the lease because this was not what I applied for. At that point, the staff’s attitude completely changed. I politely asked for my $150 deposit back (offering to let them keep the application fee), but I was refused. When I called later to speak with management, I was treated rudely and hung up on. As a result, I lost $235 and had to cancel utilities and services I had already set up. What should have been an exciting milestone—my first apartment alone turned into a humiliating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Make sure you see the exact unit you are applying for in person before paying any fees. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here.
