I really appreciated everything they did for me and this community is definitely on the top of my list.

My job transfer was super short notice and I was stressed because I had two weeks to find and finalize a place to live halfway across the country while working full-time. But I remember that I had a good time at the Boulevard, in years past so reached out to the team. And they were AMAZING! Amiel was PHENOMENAL! She worked with me in my limited time not at my job, to find me a place and square it away. While my job was giving me the run around, Amiel stayed on the case. And helped me get it done. I've had plenty of apartments in KC, people are people. Sometimes they play loud music, some drive loud cars. But I'm glad to be back at The Boulevard because the people in the office are people who care. That's all I care about.

Jo'anna, my leasing agent, was especially amazing. She was very accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure all of my questions were answered and really went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate how kind and professional she was. I would definitely recommend this leasing office, and especially Jo'anna, to anyone looking for a new home!
