- RCRachel CarterJun 30, 20264.0My air has been out for a whole week of the hottest week this year… Mr Jose Worked so hard to fixed the problem for me I know I was getting on his nerves but he assured me he would get my air going. He even put an air unit that wasn’t working properly I called him back to let him know in no time he came out and put a new one in. The new blew my breaker I found Mr. Jose around the property and told him and guess what he said don’t worry I’ll be over to bring you a power cord. Mr Jose was so sweet and nice to me this whole process. First thing this morning he came and checked to make sure the u it he had put in for me through the night and assured me give him two hours and my new air unit would be working… I left came back to cool air after a week of being without it. Thank youu big shout out to Me. Jose Cortez for all he did for me and my family this week to ensure we wouldn’t be without some kind of air flow and checking on us

A special thank you to Amber — she was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the leasing process and made everything smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to answer questions and made me feel welcomed from day one. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others!
