  Lived here for 4 years and it was an absolute pleasure. Primarily because of my location, back corner of the apartment complex, huge green field outside my patio door and could see down town KC from my living room. Amenities were great and the office staff always made sure to take care of me when or if things came up. Would definitely stay here again 😊

  The maintenance team at The Boulevard is always prompt and efficient. Marvin was above and beyond with our latest needs. He was very quick yet thorough with every job. He was so friendly and a joy to talk to. He even put everything back under the kitchen sink after he had to remove it to work on the water line. We are very happy with all of the work. Thank you so much, Marvin!

  They work with you and they friendly and respectful,Caring, they try to have fun things to do for the Boulevard community and they checking with you after every maintenance request s have been completed to make sure that everything is okay and it's working in a timely and fastly order for you they make sure that we are safe here at the Boulevard which I love so much they make sure that you're okay I've been thinking help in any way they are willing to help you but you have to be willing to be helped I love the community I love how quiet and peaceful it is out here I love the fact that is right next door to Price Choppers and right across the street from all these and you know Casey's and McDonald's and Taco Bell and all those you know little restaurants and hardware stores and stuff that's around it I like how it's set up I like how they work with you if you lost something they'll keep a lookout I'm also like how they have it where you can communicate where others on their Community app or page I like that a lot overall I will say 10 out of 10 and I will recommend if you're looking for a place to live they have Apartments they have Townhomes if you're not ready for a house I will probably say this would be the best place to start at before you jump into buying a house or renting out our house I will look into the boulevard first you know to kind of help with that experience or that you would know where you're getting yourself into yeah I give this a 10 out of 10.🎯😊😁

  I give 5 starts to management,maintenance and amenities. Management has been very patient and ALWAYS kind to their tenants. Maintenance is very quick to respond to ANY problems. Amenities and community are well maintained, I just hope they add better playground space for kids. So far my experience has reached beyonf expectation. KUDOS to team!

  Have lived at the BLVD for a year and can say it has been great. Management is good and Julianna, Amiel and Nikole are always so helpful and friendly in the office. I enjoy the amenities as well as the walking distance to stores and parks. The buildings are on the older side so expect things to go out from time to time but maintenance has always had the issue repaired within 2-3 days tops of a work order. Very cozy and quiet, i really enjoy it here.
