  I have been a resident here for a while and recently decided to transfer to a different unit within the complex. I severely regret that decision. Since transferring over a month ago, my new apartment has had a massive gnat problem that management has completely failed to address. I have brought this up multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. You would think they’d want to take care of residents who chose to renew and stay on the property, but clearly, once you sign the new lease, you're on your own. Extremely disappointed in the lack of maintenance and pest control.

  Was told prior to leasing the unit their would be upgrades done to the unit such as new flooring and carpet which I have to Pay extra for each month, along with a new dishwasher and bathroom vanity because the dishwasher was broken and the vanity was broken with mold. Two weeks after my scheduled move in date none of these things were done. Many calls in to the lady who leased it to me along with the leasing manager no response. Just BEWARE these are not luxury at all NOW! I am sure they used to be, THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE NOW!!! They are extremely short staffed, scattered brain and disorganized; making agreements and promises they don’t remember until you show them their own emails they sent you. Prices also are not set; supposedly changing daily with availability and the market!!! Such a crock & a scam! Also bugs everywhere…. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THIS PLACE CAN ACTUALLY OFFER LUXURY & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU FOR A RESPONSE ON ONLINE; BUT NOT ONE RETURNING PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. In regards to the bathroom vanity you can see it wasn’t fixed or replaced. The black mold from years of water damage which you can tell by the picture showing the corner and front was simply painted over which is pictured above as well. To then you lock people into a lease before the walk thru and initial inspection can be done requiring payment and signage before viewing. Me paying extra per month to have the flooring replaced due to the honesty of your apartment manager stating it would definitely be needed & recommended is why I agreed to paying more per month. I am simply warning others if your wanting luxury this is not it, this isn’t even bare minimum in a lot of aspects. I was told I could move in on the 10th, to then told not all the repairs were done so I can just move my furniture to the middle of the room or to the side so it’s out of the way; as you didn’t discover the repairs being missed until right before I arrived to get the keys. So I can move in & pay but, can’t really move in because you need things moved aside so workers can come in daily to get what they missed that you didn’t catch til the day I moved in? Hmmm 🤔 There hasn’t been resolution; there has been avoidance and cover-up. So again thank you for the online response can I get one by phone or email as I have requested several times. Thank you!

  We truly enjoyed our time living at the Villas at Carrington Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Maria made it very easy for use to make the transition to a different living situation when it was necessary for us to move. We will miss the beautiful trees and our neighbors.
