- KDKarsen DoppsOct 1, 20263.0I lived here for almost two years and overall had a good experience! The property is well kept with plenty of great amenities. Maintenance was excellent when I first moved in, but unfortunately declined over time. My outer window pane cracked from the extreme cold in January and still had not been fixed when I moved out in September. Although it is a smoke-free community, the hallways often smelled strongly of weed. I also had issues with odors from a neighboring unit coming into mine, but management addressed it after I reached out. Overall, I enjoyed living here, but maintenance and enforcement of the smoke-free policy could definitely improve.

The location is great, the amenities are amazing, the cleanliness is top notch, it's extremely quiet and peaceful, and I never had any issues with finding parking! All the ladies working in the leasing office are so considerate and caring, and they make sure we have no issues and that we are fully satisfied with living in this complex. If you are looking for an apartment complex that feels like a resort with 5 star service, this is your place!
