- BBBradley BilekAug 21, 20261.0During the month of July my A/C went out three times 7/5, 7/20, 7/26. It has been down since 7/26 and it is now 8/21. Every week they told us that the next week it would be done and it has not been fixed yet. It has now been down for a total of 4 weeks. CLOSE TO A MONTH!!! They have told us multiple things on what needed to be done (2 person job, need an 3rd party to come, need to order a coil replacement and it is still in transit). We requested some kind of rent credit and our evergy bill covered (evergy bill was double the amount it typically was because they supplied two window units) they told us that the two units was enough to supply us and denied any credit to us but I have picture evidence of our apartment being 83 degrees AT NIGHT! I work from home completely and this has been miserable. The lack of knowing what is going on and when this is going to be fixed has been very frustrating.
