  It’s well managed with two who are friendly, excellent listeners, high energy, and always follow through on issues. Every inch of the areas at the Galleria that I have been on have been clean, decorated, and in working order. I appreciate the exterior landscaping and especially the new florals. I have rarely been in the pool area but when there I was pleased with the control rules of occupancy and the upkeep of the pool water and the reassembly of pillows and cabana tops etc when tossed about from rains and storms. One service that delivers excellence, for me, is the quick response and thorough repair when I’ve made a maintenance request. I submit Aaron’s name as one who 100% has delivered excellent service and is always friendly, and professional. Well done Aaron. I am new here and those I meet in the halls or in the garage etc are friendly but there are not many group events or ways to get acquainted with neighbors, most of whom I do not yet know. I am hoping to start a group to play Canasta and RumiKub but need a better way to reach out to those of possible interest in playing and or learning these games. I am concerned, yet hopeful, it’s once and done about the recent theft from nine cars in the gated garage. To make more opportunity for theft it seems we’ve had one or some times two gates not operational? One small issue is that the hallway of the storage unit area always has some loose debris or trash. Of course we residents are likely the culprits that have carelessly left something in that hallway in a rush of settling into some storage. I am pleased to be a resident of The Galleria. Maybe soon some of the nearby new construction will open up more new businesses, shops, and restaurants. We will then be a true village?!

  It’s nice until it’s not. They will make sure when you move out to find any excuse to take all of your security deposit. Had a neighbor that smoked out the balcony which went into my room, They did nothing about it. When I moved in the people above me had kids that ran around starting at 6 AM, Which is probably the reason why the previous tenant moved out, but they didn’t tell me about it. It’s sad the apartments are nice, but not very good management

  Let’s talk about the real issue with these apartments!!! As you're reading through these reviews, you’ll see common “complaints”. But let me tell you the real problem. It’s not maintenance, it’s not the leasing managers, it’s not the staff. It’s the people living here. I’ve lived here for 3 years now. I’ve never experienced any of these minuscule issues people are complaining of. What I’ve had constant issues with are the entitled people living here. i’ve been constantly harassed, yelled at, had my guests questioned, been filmed while in the hot tub, people constantly stopping my POC partner to question his apartment number, been thrown out of guest amenities by residents who physically PUSHED their way in the tanning booth, while I was using the room, had a resident call the police on my father and i, when he was delivering me a care package, and so so many more things. I absolutely have loved living here. The staff does their best to deal with people's ongoing problems, but now I can understand why people keep quitting… I am moving out because I cannot take the belittlement of the residents. So if you decide to live here, don’t live on the fourth floor, keep to yourself, and prepare for the absolute worst people you’ve ever met to accost you for every single thing you do living here!!! I'm giving the Galleria 5 stars because they deserve it. The most disappointing part is that the Galleria has done everything right. The staff built a beautiful community and worked tirelessly to make this a wonderful place to live, only to have it ruined by some of the most entitled, hostile, and genuinely miserable people I have ever encountered. In three years here, management was never the reason I wanted to leave. The residents were. They took what should have been one of the best living experiences in Overland Park and turned it into something I had to endure rather than enjoy. (pic of gorg courtyard so this doesn’t get lost!

  Beautiful Apartment complex that has amazing amenities including a pet spa. Grooming by Rebekah, LLC is there to do professional grooming on cats and dogs available by appointment.

  Living at the Residence at Galleria has been a great experience so far! The office staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and they worked quickly to meet our needs right from the start. The maintenance team has responded promptly and taken care of things efficiently. It’s clear that the staff really cares about the residents. Overall, we’re having a great time living here and are very happy with our decision to call this place home!
