  Tengo varios meses viviendo en este lugar y ha sido la peor decisión, está plagado de arañas y nunca fumigan, todo el año parece que se adelantó Halloween, es un horror, siempre en las zonas verdes vas ha ver excrementos de mascotas, no hay cultura respecto a la tenencia de mascotas por parte de algunos residentes y tampoco aplican correctivos desde la administración, los electrodomésticos se dañan y puedes pasar muchos reportes y a nadie le importa, no te solucionan nada con rapidez porque al parecer no les gusta su trabajo y siempre están de mal humor, no hay suficientes parqueaderos y el parque de las mascotas apesta!!! Durante los meses que he vivido aquí NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA he visto a nadie limpiar los pasillos o zonas comunes, ves suciedad acumulada, telarañas, tierra, polvo, insectos vivos y muertos, POR FAVOR PIÉNSALO ESTA MUY ABANDONADA ESTA PROPIEDAD!!!

  After living at The Highlands for three years across multiple units, I can honestly say it was a great experience overall. The biggest highlight is the location. With easy access to I-35 and I-435, getting around the Kansas City area is incredibly convenient. The property is well maintained, with attractive landscaping and grounds that are consistently kept up. The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their fast response times, quality work, and friendly attitude. I also had a great experience with the community, as neighbors were welcoming and friendly from day one. I didn't have any major complaints. My main preference would be for larger kitchens, but that's more about my lifestyle and meal-prepping habits than a true issue. The office staff could sometimes be challenging to work with, though they were ultimately able to help when needed. No apartment community is perfect, but The Highlands provided a positive living experience, and I would confidently recommend it to others.

  Estos apartamentos parecían buenos…pero que gran equivocación, nos mudamos hace 3 meses y todos sus electrodomésticos estaban en mal estado, lavadora dañada, nevera dañada, el apartamento lo encontramos sucio con plaga de arañas por todas partes, aún había cosas de sus antiguos propietarios como juguetes de niños y por supuesto pareces rayadas y sucias, el ambiente es insalubre nos hemos enfermado de alergias, hasta mis perras han sido picadas por arañas y están expuestas al mal ambiente que entra por el patio que da a una zona verde donde otros residentes sacan a sus mascotas y no recogen sus excrementos, el personal de mantenimiento hacen todo de mala gana y siempre están con cara de pocos amigos con ellos no puedes contar solo hay 1 persona amistosa.. me arrepiento muchísimo de haber elegido este sitio y no lo recomiendo a nadie!!!!

  Living here has gone downhill fast. Current management is unnecessarily difficult and constantly looking for reasons to control and charge residents instead of actually helping. They claim to be “green,” yet forced us to throw away a perfectly good couch because it didn’t meet their arbitrary standards. Wasteful and hypocritical. Maintenance is unreliable, communication is poor, and getting a straight answer from staff feels impossible. On top of that, I witnessed a staff member speak to my father in a condescending, disrespectful way, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, this place feels hostile and poorly managed. It’s clear priorities are not with residents. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
