  Wonderful, kind, helpful interaction. While searching for a new apartment, I had the pleasure of working with DJ at Springhill Apartments. Springhill is locally owned! Big plus! Almost unheard of these days -- owner lives in state. Maybe even in town? Accessible. And they own 3 rental properties. At least 1 of which is rent controlled. DJ said Springhill was going through renovation and the owner was living on site and supervising. I expressed dismay as renovations usual = more cost to tenant. DJ said no, prices had already been adjusted and rent had gone down. Some units have in-unit washer/dryer. Some have hook-ups. In some cases, 2-bedroom is only slightly more expensive than 1 bedroom. DJ searched all 3 properties and found the unit that fit my needs, with the right price, leasingat the right time. Just not the property location I wanted. My present apartment came back and negotiated some details, so I will stay here for now, but if you are looking for good pricing, helpful staff, and wonderful locations, call DJ at Springhill Apartments

  Have been a resident here for over three years so far and it’s an all around excellent property. It is well kept, the management/staff respond promptly, and the maintenance requests I’ve submitted have all been completed same day, often within a few hours or less. Highly recommend
