  I've lived here for 3 years and I can say with confidence that the staff that work here are absolutely doing their best to make this a great experience. Jennifer has been very transparent and responsive whenever we need something; an attribute I don't typically see in other complexes in the area. I remember she once called me just to let me list out anything we might need looked at outside of our maintenance request; even small details. The maintenance team as well has been extremely respectful every time we talk and are very helpful with explaining situations. If you want a complex that is human and will give you their best, this is the right place.

  The online process is a nightmare, the management doesn’t respond to emails, phone calls, and are too busy on in person attempts to get answers. Our appointment to pick up the key was set for 9:30 and it was not clean so I was told to come back at 11. I did and it was still not clean upon walk through. It was 4:30 by the time I was able to get into my apartment and start moving things in officially. The apartment was not really clean either as the washer, dryer, door frames and fireplace were still dirty. All the appliances are old, dented, scratched or stained. The dryer takes at least 3 cycles to dry 2 towels, neither bathroom sink drains correctly, the toilet seats are cracked. Then there is the HUGE pile of trash around the compactor that keeps getting bigger and bigger. And my internet install kit (mandated by the community) was stolen from my door step. The bright side of this has been Tatum and Ron are both really nice and are willing to help as much as possible.

  I would leave zero stars but that’s not an option. This has been the most awful apartment experience I have ever had. Ever since move in it has been problem after problem. There has been so much water damage caused to this unit by the amount of leaks that have been left unattended for days even after maintenance reports have been made. Our upstairs neighbors have been impossible to deal with and office staff has done nothing about it. We were told a 14/30 notice was filed on Jun. 22 and nothing has come of that over a month later. Do not move here.

  Ron on maintenance is very attentive as too the needs of the residents. He goes above and beyond his call to be sure all is well. He stayed late into the evening to repair our air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year thus far. A big hats off to Ron.

  The front office does not answer phone calls or emails. It takes weeks to get any kind of response about move in requirements, simple maintenance request, and cleanliness throughout the property. My girlfriend and I have had several issues and concerns here that still have not been addressed after 6 weeks of locking our dog up and sending emails and maintenance requests.
