    Ron from maintenance and Jennifer from the front office worked very hard for several days to fix my air conditioner. They spent a lot of time finding the right parts, tools, and everything else needed. Ron worked for hours in the heat and in my apartment until the problem was finally fixed. Thank you both for your hard work, kindness, and excellent service. It is truly appreciated.

    Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. It’s always something new. And on top of it I saw a mice in my apartment unit last night. Probably cause the trash service failed to pick up the trash from my unit building for a week and pile of trash began to pile up. Just horrible. Can’t wait till my lease ends

    I've had a good experience living here. The staff have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about residents and their living space. Whenever an issue has come up, they've worked hard to make things right and have been professional throughout the process. Shout out to Tatum, Tatiana, and Jennifer! The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their follow-through. Requests are addressed in a timely manner, and they do what they say they will do. Ron specifically followed through with bringing a new dishwasher to my apartment. Anthony, Ron, and the crew followed through with other appliances -- all in one week! One of the things I appreciate most is how beautiful and well-maintained the grounds are. The landscaping is consistently cared for, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for residents. It's clear that both the office staff and maintenance crew take pride in the community and are actively working on making this space better for everyone!

    2 months in and I’m already looking for new places. Management here sucks, nothing gets done like they say they will. We’re also dealing with mice in our kitchen. Just a horrible experience. Rent also seems decent until they charge you a lot more for utilities than the average apartment. If you want to park, it’s nearly impossible unless you park in another lot. So many negative things here for just moving in recently. Madison was a great help but that’s about it for anything positive.

    If I could give this apartment complex negative stars, I would. We chose this property in part because it was advertised as a gated community. Unfortunately, the gates have been broken for approximately SIX MONTHS with no meaningful resolution. Residents continue paying for amenities and security features that are not being provided. The pool has also remained closed with little to no communication about when it will reopen. Once again, residents are paying full rent while losing access to amenities that were part of the reason many of us signed our leases. Our mailbox door has been broken for an extended period of time, creating concerns about the security of our mail. Despite reporting the issue, it remains unresolved. Perhaps the most frustrating issue is that management promised us a rent deduction back in October. It is now June, and despite repeated follow-ups, we have yet to receive the credit we were promised. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been incredibly disappointing. The recurring theme here is simple: promises are made, concerns are reported, and residents are left waiting for months without solutions, updates, or communication. I understand that repairs and maintenance issues can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of urgency, transparency, and follow-through. Residents deserve better than paying premium rent prices for broken amenities, unresolved maintenance issues, and unfulfilled commitments. This review is already long enough and i haven't even addressed the parking issues or the general cleanliness of the entire property. Its crazy to see how fast the apartment complex replies to these reviews wish they were that fast about returning phone calls and emails because we've emailed every email we can find and still seem to never be able to get an email back so we are now leaving a review since it seems they like to reply to those in a timely manner. All we ask is instead of you replying to this review we would like for you to address the multiple emails we've sent over the last 6 months since none of those have been answered thank you for your time. Anyone looking to move here look anywhere else but here unless you like being left high and dry with issues if thats you go you i guess.
