- TFtoccara flagJun 1, 20265.0Last weekend I was sweeping outside my patio and I didn't know the latch came down when I shut the glass patio door and it was a good thing I was talking to my sister because my phone and keys was inside. My sister called maintenance on 3way and Steve only was available at the time, he came to the rescue. He drilled the door and got it open for me and put a new lock on there. Thanks Steve!!!!!!!!!
