  We called Centennial Park our home for the past 2 years and it was a wonderful experience. First off, Ciarra & Annalise in the office are amazing! They were very responsive, friendly and loved our doggie even when it barked at them on the golf cart. The unit was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen appliances were all new and fridge even had an ice maker (a bonus in my opinion). Never heard either neighbor above or next to us. The flooring is very nice and durable throughout the apartment. Any maintenance issue was handled quickly and professionally. The grounds were always clean, and landscaped. They are currently making upgrades to the grounds, paving sidewalks etc. The location was central to many grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, nothing more than 15 minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood and a great place to walk your dog! We already miss living at Centennial Park!

  Loved living here! We currently moved into a home, but lived here for 2 years. The neighbors are amazing and so is the office staff. They make sure you’re taken care of! Anyone who is looking to move to Overland Park, these are amazing!!

  I have now renewed my Lease for the 3rd year and my Apartment #62 still looks as New and modern never had issues with maintenance they respond fast and professional and about communication Michelle has been very Helpful and it’s a safe place with friendly neighbors. Will highly recommend.

  My girlfriend, our daughter and I have been living here for a year now. We have been extremely high maintenance. Not our normal M.O., but a fact since we have been here. Both Courtney and Jenna have handled our "needs" with aplomb and grace. We be couldn't happier here. The grounds are immaculate. This place is beautiful. Nice courtyard. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The included garage is a nice bonus! Now, about the location. We are right in the middle of the esteemed Blue Valley School District. Look them up. The schools are top notch. A mile from where we live will get you to a dozen restaurants, three gas stations, groceries, gym, ATM, coffee, medical... You'll have to drive three miles to see a movie though. Not too shabby. And! This complex is tucked away off 119th Street, a two minute drive to Hwy 69 and a five minute drive to I-435. Perfect.
