I was so impressed by the maintenance team- they were super quick, communicated very well with me in a timely manner and helped me resolve my issue. Kudos to the team!

Terrible communication and deplorable customer service, specifically Daisy who was extremely rude to me. She was short tempered, used a condescending tone towards me, and was so disrespectful even with the managers door open behind her. Shame on you both. Just by asking typical potential tenant questions (what’s the overall process to apply, how are maintenance requests processed, how active is the complex (family friendly vs older adults)) It’s incredible how they’re able to run anything. Please please don’t even bother applying. They’re all inept and would benefit for customer service training.

I hate that I am forced to put a review on Google, but it is necessary. Please, if you are considering moving to this community, take the time to read this. Before transferring to my new apartment, I stayed in Cambridge Square for two years. Everything was amazing until management changed. I did not experience this change until I transferred to my current apartment in December 2025. I have experienced the most terrible repercussions of that decision since then. Currently, I have dealt with NO AIR for almost two months. It took me complaining (AGAIN) an hour ago just to find out that the tickets put in for my air conditioning was pushed back into the maintenance queue as maintenance did not want to replace my condenser within my air conditioning. I have also experienced a move in that was filthy and NOT UP TO CODE. I went without internet for a month. This was due to the previous tenant RIPPING the google fiber jack out of my apartment. Did management know? NO BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO A WALKTHROUGH OF MY APARTMENT BEFORE I MOVED IN. Also, Google gave me a discount on my month’s internet and the apartment DID NOT HONOR THAT. I have attached an email thread between myself, the property manager (Nick Hartman), the leasing office, as well as the regional VP of Fogelman (Lisa Gould). As well as my move in packet, photos and videos of maintenance issues, and the current temperature my apartment is sitting at right now at 2:33 AM WITH THE COOL SETTING ON. If you are moving on your own, have a family and/or are looking to relocate, PLEASE look through this review. I would hate for another person to be mislead and have to deal with the consequences of leasing an apartment here.

I lived here for a year, and it was a very disappointing experience. My first electric bill (in February) was $540—even though I lived alone in a one-bedroom unit. I notified management, who said they would perform an “efficiency check” on the furnace. However, a maintenance worker later told me the windows were original (about 25 years old), which likely contributed to the extremely high energy costs. Management claimed the windows would be replaced in the near future, but maintenance indicated that was unlikely. The following winter, I sealed all the windows with weatherproofing, yet my electric bill was still around $500 per month. I did not see the unit before moving in, and upon arrival, I discovered black mold on the laundry room wall. Maintenance initially only scrubbed the area with bleach. I informed management that the wall remained wet and that an at-home test still indicated mold. The property manager responded that mold could not exist without moisture and claimed no moisture had been reported previously—despite there being a visible hole in the wall suggesting prior issues. Eventually, one wall had to be removed to address the mold, but there was no compensation offered, and it’s unclear whether the issue extended further. There were also frequent pest issues, including numerous spiders—some of which appeared to be brown recluses. Additionally, a resident began smoking and spitting on the walls and stairs in shared areas. I reported this via email (which was ignored) and submitted a work order that was closed without action. I even went to the office in person, where I was told another work order would be submitted, but it never was. This is not only disgusting but also a health hazard! Lastly, if you live in the building next to QuikTrip, you should expect frequent noise from trash can lids slamming at all hours, including early morning pickups before daylight. I suggest saving your time, money, and peace of mind by looking elsewhere.
