  I love this place. The office staff is kind, and helpful. My apartment is beautiful with plenty of space. Not to mention how great the location is, close to everything, but not in the middle of the city.

  1. Move in was less than ideal for “luxury” apartments, attached photos. 2. Your electric bill is going to be ridiculous. Summer and winter ranged from $200-300 3. Pool is always dirty, along with community property such as the hallways. 4. Your vehicle will be broken into, truck even had tool box broken and everything stolen. Office staff couldn’t care less 5. While we lived here we had to complete TWO police reports, one for the break in and the other for a neighbor keying all the vehicles in the parking lot. The keying was brought up to management and they did nothing, not even an email to everyone. Daisy didn’t even read the email that was sent to her with pictures of 7+ vehicles damaged and sent back the laziest response. 6. The office staff is truly horrible- Daisy has zero respect or customer service skills. She was setting up a unit transfer for us and could not even email me the proper steps. I followed everything in the email and somehow the unit I had paid for was taken by the time I followed up. I went to speak to her in person to find a solution and she blamed it on me and was so rude and condescending, I began recording the interaction (will add to post later). Her manager and assistant manager sat there and listened to the escalated altercation and did nothing. I asked to speak to a manager that could help come up with a solution and Chloe then got pulled to help. Told me I could have the unit since I paid first and I told her at what price it was at and that was that. I later got an email stating a different price, emailed back instantly and she did not respond for 3 days. My bf then called and he asked her why should could not respond and she hung up on him. She then emailed me saying I never told her a price on the unit and other lies (the whole convo was recorded and she was completely lying). Chloe being a manager and lying about something so important was our last straw. They will not answer your emails or calls ever. The will actually answer to google reviews before the get to their emails. Pro: close to highway I would not recommend this place

  Very disappointed with Cambridge Square, managed by Fogelman Properties. We were hit with a $350 charge for a pest control treatment eight months after it apparently happened, with no notice before or after, it just showed up on our account. Three hundred and fifty dollars is an absurd amount for a service we didn't even see any results from, we don't even know what was actually done. We never requested this treatment and were never informed about it. To make things worse, other residents who received the same service were not charged at all, so we were clearly singled out for no good reason. We sent numerous emails and made several phone calls over two weeks, and no one ever picked up or replied. This kind of poor communication and unfair billing is really disappointing from a property management company. I'd think carefully before renting here.

  This is one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with a property management company. During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, I was dealing with my late father's need for a kidney transplant so I had to make the difficult decision regarding my housing situation and ultimately move out to be with my family. Before move-out, I communicated with management regarding the move-out fees and was told in email correspondence that a payment plan would be available. I relied on that agreement which I still have in writing and believed we had a path forward that would allow me to responsibly address the fees. I tried to communicate three times about when the payment plan would be available for me to pay and I never heard back from them. Instead, without honoring what had been communicated to me and without meaningful effort to work through the agreed arrangement, the account was sent directly to collections. I expected professionalism and the agreement we discussed to be honored from the place that had been my home for the past four years but was only met with a collections letter in the mail while I WAS GRIEVING MY FATHER MIND YOU. This kind of greed is absolutely disgusting and I am extremely disappointed.
