  Josh has been absolutely incredible throughout my time here. He is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter the issue or question, he's quick to help and follows through to make sure everything is taken care of. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he does, and it makes a huge difference. Josh deserves all the recognition!

  Great apartments with great team! Josh, the property manager is very kind and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and comes super fast.

  The maintenance team at Avia…Robert and Angel do outstanding maintenance in a timely manner in a professional and friendly way and always do every and above to what needs to be done!!! Thorough and kind…great job every time that I’ve had a need. They are great!!!

  Jake and Julio solved my problems so quickly and as a bonus they are very friendly and kind. I strongly recommend them for any maintenance you need!
