  Love the maintenance keepers over at 110th, & lady at the front of the house (leasing office) is always so nice! they’re so helpful and always on time. Mr. Julio is the best!

I couldn't be happier renting here, and I am looking forward to renewing my lease next month. The community is quiet, clean, well-maintained, and affordable. I especially want to commend your team for their exceptional service. Julio, the head of maintenance, is incredibly helpful, available, and always happy to assist with a perfectionist's touch. Additionally, Jenna has been wonderful and is always ready to help with any questions.   Great environment. Julio with maintenance is a great help too. He even helped me with jump starting my car the other day. Highly recommend!

  Was one of the first tenants when the property got purchased. Stayed there 3.5 years for convenience Julio was outstanding maintenance. Also nice, friendly, and attentive. However I've been given the run around for almost a month now on my deposit refund Moved out a few days before my move out date of May 1. I was never provided and itemized list of the move out inspection. I have full videos of the apartment on move out. I keep being told a refund should be coming and they will call when it's at the office Last week, check must have gotten lost we will have to have another one issued. Now no one is returning my call Monday I will have to file at a claim from Kansas tenant landlord law.
