  Robin is extremely rude and short tempered. I really wanted to move here but the way she behaves and talk over you when you are trying to explain is extremely unprofessional. I get it you hate your job and most people do but at least try to fake it.

  Friendly neighbors, very personable and accommodating staff, beautiful architecture and landscaping, wonderful amenities including two salt water pools, gym, and much more. Frequent community events to make sure we have a chance to know our neighbors. I really like it here!

  New (local!) ownership and onsite management have resulted in positive changes in responsiveness, communication, and accessibility - not to mention decisions being made quicker locally.

  My experience at Adara went from disappointing to frustrating, especially after the new management company took over. Policies changed without regard for existing residents. For example, electric grills that had been permitted under the previous management were suddenly prohibited. Communication became excessive, with constant emails about trash rules and other minor issues. Management also entered apartments so frequently for inspections and other reasons that it often felt like there was little privacy. The fees were another major issue. In addition to rent, there were charges such as shared/common area electricity that were not clearly explained upfront. The move-out process was the worst part. I questioned charges that I believe included normal wear and tear and costs to prepare the unit for the next tenant. I provided documentation and requested a review, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response. I also noticed a significant number of apartments became vacant after the management change. Overall, the lack of transparency, constant rule changes, excessive apartment entries, and poor communication made this a place I would not recommend.

  The Adara apartment officer and maintenance group did a good job, they were responses very quickly and the service person-Jesus is very knowledgeable.
