I’ve lived here for a year now and can honestly say I’m ready to leave. The resort type pool they advertise so heavily was shut down most of the season due to leaking so I literally only got to use it once. But there were no costs reduced for us who are paying for the amenity that’s not working. Also, if they need to access your unit, and for some reason, you don’t leave your privacy locks unlocked they make no effort to contact you about getting in for whatever it might be. I was recently out of town for a family matter and forgot to leave the privacy lock unlocked. Instead of a phone call asking if there’s another way they could access my unit, they decided to send me a snotty email about Not being compliant to and that if it happened again, there would be an extra charge. With a simple phone call that could’ve been avoided. When dealing with stressful family things , The last thing anyone wants is to be approached in an accusatory manner. This has happened to me a couple of times while here. The general tone of their emails is not friendly. I can’t make a recommendation for anyone to live here. Units are not energy efficient and all the added cost just make It feels like anything but home. Keep shopping.

I had an incredible experience working with leasing specialist Zach during my move-in process. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail (even softening the water and adding an extra self in one of the closets) was handled perfectly. His upbeat attitude and deep knowledge of the property made the entire transition smooth like butter. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you're looking for immaculate service!
