- DLDanell LashJun 9, 20215.0Absolutely loved Stephanie! She was a great manager. We hate to see her go😠We are praying that the new owners and management are just as good. We look forward to seeing improvements on the property. As the doors in entry ways don't stay shut and all the bulk trash that was piled behind our cars gets picked up soon. I know this place is a great place to live and love it here. I hope the new people keep it nice.

It used to be nice, prior to laura taking over, now it's poorly maintained, they never respond to calls or emails, only responded AFTER I sent a certified letter about maintenance issues (and that was after a month of trying to contact them other ways). I would not recommend this dump to the worst of my enemies.
- MFMisty FranklinFeb 20, 20172.0This use to be an amazing place to live but it has went downhill since right before laura left. Anytime there was a problem it took forever for them to respond. We moved out on may 1st. I tried to contact them before and after we moved and we haven't heard from them. They are suppose to do a walk through and talk about getting your deposit back but nothing. Had to drop our keys off in the rent deposit box....this place is going downhill most of the neighbors keep to themselves but there are a few that argue and yell right in the parking lot. Yes the rent is cheap but not worth all the hassle.

If you do park in the lot you better have at least $250-$300 in your pocket. The complex has a contract with Joco tow and they will have your car towed off every chance they get!
