  The constant water shutoffs are very inconvenient. Especially when only given a 1 day notice… also the pest control 1 day notice is inconvenient, I imagine the facility has to schedule these so they should be able to give a notice at least 2-3 days in advance

  Lashly made sure she got everything situated for us as soon as possible. She was very patient and made sure to communicate with us about how much everything would cost and how to get things done quickly and efficiently.

  I love my place at The Falls. It’s my perfect pied-a-terre in Kansas City: Centrally located, well appointed and updated. Staff are amazing, always going the extra mile for us residents. Even when I’m out of town, I know everything is OK.

  Manager doesn’t realize there is rotten carpets in the hallway. Not helpful showing me all the computerized functions . Hot tub doesn’t work Trash can lids always open and stink. Sent me a questionnaire Then told me to call Maintenance . Why didn’t manager contact their employees. I can see why the only good manager quit .can’t wait till lease is up .

  Few months have passed since leaving, yes leaving, I did not finish my lease here. This is not the best place to live and are better options for the price. To begin with, there is only a singular way up and down the property, with countless issues arising from cramped car traffic & dangerous conditions during the winter if it’s snowing. The apartments have no centralised air, a horrific infestation problem of small roaches, flys/gnats that completely infest the hallway’s which have messy, uncleaned carpet and stain smeared walls that give the hallways a persistent pungent smell. I have had a gun pulled on me, constant cop presence and disturbances from people living here, and pool closure due to someone getting their throat cut by a pocket knife. Parking lots have thankfully gotten safer over the years, but theft still happens, your doorhandles and windows will constantly have fingerprint stains and smears, and the cameras that monitor the building are not anything impressive besides being a deterrent. The benefit of this place is location, one star simply for location, you can go downtown in under 10 Minutes typically, so it makes for a good meetup point. Back to parking now actually, the front desk routinely hires people to harass cars with even a day or two off their expiry with putting a green paper on your car, do not live here if your tags are not renewed immediately. More so, the parking lot is so narrow and dangerous yet many residesnts drive at 25-30mph to get down in the rush hour of the day or at night, its dangerous and I have seen my fair share of narrow misses. The front desk are actors as if this was a ponzi scheme, they are not in your best interest when it comes to feeling heard here. Now onto whats nice : the gym is nice, renovated and has good equipment, looks like it belongs in a building that actually gives you what you pay rently for. The pool is nice, up until the stabbing incident that filled the pool with blood. Children had to see that, no formal statement was given, no sense of gathering community. Just back to business come monday. The maintenance is pretty fast and quick, obviously inexperienced in many aspects while also having it take months and months for a singular contractor the out-source to be available, they also have, rather someone has, entered on numerous occasions without my permission, which can provide a very unsafe environment.
