  It has been such an easy process getting into The Falls. The front office staff are pleasant and the apartments are clean and move in ready. Glad to be a resident at The Falls!

  My experience at The Falls was extremely disappointing, and based on what I have gone through, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live. I was a responsible tenant who paid my rent on time and did what I was supposed to do. I did not cause problems, so it is incredibly frustrating to feel that I have been treated this way after doing my part. I did not feel that The Falls was a safe place to live, and that alone left me with a negative impression of the property. On top of that, I have been dealing with issues regarding my move-out, my deposit, and being sent to collections. I specifically asked about my deposit before moving out and even called about it, yet three months later, I still have not received it. The move-out statement I received was confusing, did not clearly identify where it came from, and was difficult to understand. When money and alleged outstanding balances are involved, residents deserve clear, accurate, itemized documentation and professional communication. What has disappointed me the most is the lack of communication. I have reached out and still feel ignored. Actions speak louder than words, and this experience has left me feeling that residents are not treated with the respect and consideration they deserve. A home should be somewhere you feel safe, and residents should be able to expect professionalism, transparency, and accountability from management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at The Falls. I would not recommend living here based on my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves how residents and former residents are treated.

  My five stars are Mr. Allen the maintenance guy which went over and beyond his duties I really appreciate what he did for me

  Made a great decision by choosing “ the falls “ as my new home. Everyone at the front office were great through the entire process. Ritchie was awesome showing us around during our hunt. Maintenance are all friendly and go above and beyond when something needs attention. Overall I would definitely reconnect “ the falls “ for your next move!

  The constant water shutoffs are very inconvenient. Especially when only given a 1 day notice… also the pest control 1 day notice is inconvenient, I imagine the facility has to schedule these so they should be able to give a notice at least 2-3 days in advance
