  Really easy to follow sign up and every question I've had has already been answered by the amazing staff at the falls. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to move.

  My nephew and I toured here, and while my nephew ultimately chose a different apartment community because of his educational needs, I was convinced that if I were ever looking for a place to live solely for myself, The Falls would be great for me. I came to that conclusion, not just from the pricing and amenities, but because Lashley, the leasing agent who provided us the community tour was incredibly courteous and accomodating, which led me to believe that any issues arising while living there would be dealt with just as courteously and accomodatingly.

  My experience was honestly better than any other complex I’ve dealt with. My work schedule is hectic, I’m on call 24/7 so anything could happen. She was patient with me completing all the steps needed for move in and all the questions and concerns I had she gave clear answers for. She wanted to always be clear, not vague and made sure I was understanding everything. I finalized everything and got my key today. I went up spent some time in the apartment and had to run and grab the Uhaul van. She spotted me coming down the hall and stopped to ask if everything was good with the apartment. Not sure if there’s a little competition going on between their team, but she forsure takes the cake on any kind of exchange or business I’ve had with any apartment complex

  The best part is definitely the staff, they’ve always been super communicative and helpful and I love receiving updates of what’s going on so I am in the know. Having easy access to communication has been a game changer for me and I really appreciate them. Lashly specifically helped me get my apartment and worked with me through every step of the process.

He completes repairs efficiently and takes pride in doing quality work. He is respectful, friendly, and communicates clearly about the work that needs to be done.
