  **Disappointed with Pest Control and Management's Response to COCKROACHES** I have lived at Georgetown Apartments for approximately one year and recently began noticing cockroaches in my apartment. I take pride in maintaining a clean home, particularly my kitchen. I regularly clean, properly dispose of food waste, and make sure there is no standing water. Despite these precautions, I have encountered cockroaches. When I contacted the leasing office to ask about professional pest treatment, I was informed that, beyond basic extermination services, I would be responsible for an additional $100 charge for specialized treatment. I find this response disappointing. Residents should be able to expect a clean, sanitary living environment, and pest infestations in a multi-unit apartment community deserve thorough investigation and appropriate treatment.

  DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I’ve lived here for 3 months now and it’s been utter hell. I’ve had water leaks, a tub stop draining, bugs constantly in the house despite pest control, a light fixture fall out of my ceiling and mice for over a month. Do not move here. With every issue, I have had to log multiple maintenance requests and follow up by email, phone, and in person at the office just to get someone to come in my unit. And even then, there’s no guarantee they will follow through and fully resolve the issue. They’ve been completely incompetent when dealing with the mice infestation. I am exploring my legal options to terminate this lease early and never rent from this management group again.

  Been living here for 4-5 months, we’ve put in 10-15 work orders. It’s extremely hot at night, urine smells from the ventilation, the washers flood the basement, the sinks hardly drain, and pests in our fireplace. The front office and maintenance are pretty useless and make up constant excuses. Here’s a picture of some type of bat or rodent poop on my porch they refuse to actually deal with. UPDATE! 4.28.26 The apartment complex has roaches- we have had to kill 2.
