We lived here for 2 years and really regretted that last year the longer it went on. The apartment we were initially shown, they said would look different than the model one, however the washer and dryer hookups were not present in our unit like they were in the display. Bait and switch at its worst. The washer (one for the whole building) did not clean clothes very well and i saw several times others moving other families clothes to make room for theirs. The basement in these old buildings were also disgusting. Constant grey water flooding the floors, not to mention the stench? Had to call the police our first day moving in since the 10 year old living under us went screaming into the parking lot about being touched by mom's new boyfriend. Once police arrived to check on her, I watched the guy exit out the back door towards the hospital and run. They also left behind their cat when they moved a few months later and our whole building was punished repeatedly for leaving food and water out for it. Next neighbor moved in with three large dogs (lease limit is two) and these guys would be barking and fighting all night (owner either didn't care or worked nights). Maintenance was very hit or miss, we got locked out of our apartment once. Not like we lost our keys or left them inside, the key just suddenly stopped working one day and they came to fix it. That same worker I caught coming back into our apartment the next week during the day hours without knocking or informing us of his visit. He left after finding out I was home quickly. We also never had a walk-through when we picked up the keys and several items were either not fixed or missing completely we had to show evidence date marked on our first day that our rusted and dangerously leaning balcony did not infect come with and fixes or coverings. These apartments are also on a boiler system. So expect your unit to reach into the 80s and 90s before they turn on the AC. Our unit was in a building right next to the hospital. Twice a week a helicopter would land basically in our backyard space, sometimes in the middle of the night, as well as the fire alarm going off once a month at random, usually also at night. A neighbors truck was stolen from the lots one night as well. There is absolutely no security presence or cameras set up to help tenets with reporting to authorities. The amenities are nice, great big pool, nice looking clubhouse, and location is pretty good too. These prices are crazy for the 50 year old landlord special units they saddle you with. I also feel like we were ripped off on our electricity bill since they split it for the whole building. One month we had the heat on coming through spring, and then for two months straight had windows open and no ac running (wasn't turned on, pumped out hot air), and our usage was somehow higher than the month using the heat. This place is scummy, you can do better if you're looking for a new home.

I have a couple of friends who live in these apartments, and I’ve spent enough time there to get a good feel for both the indoor and outdoor spaces. While the office staff can be friendly on the surface, they really don’t follow through when it comes to actual customer service. My friends have shown me multiple emails from management saying maintenance or community work would be done within the week—and then it just never happens. It honestly feels like they send those notices just to make it seem like things are being taken care of. Long-term residents have mentioned that previous management used to maintain the grounds regularly, especially the lawn and landscaping, but that’s clearly not the case anymore. Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website—the grass doesn’t look like that in real life. There are plenty of bare patches, and the landscaping overall looks neglected. Another issue is the sidewalks. After it rains, some of them are basically unusable due to standing water and mud. Even when it’s dry, they’re often dirty or covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Also, the review mentioning a tenant having to pay out of pocket because of the office’s negligence and lack of follow-through rings true based on what I’ve seen and heard. That sounds a lot more realistic than the overly positive 5-star reviews.

Would not recommend unless you don’t mind fighting for months on trying to get your deposit back just to not get it.
