McCullough Development, Inc. (MDI) was formed in the late 1960’s as a development and construction company dealing in residential and commercial properties in Manhattan, Kansas. As the number of properties increased, the need for professional property management services grew.
In 1980, the Division of Property Management was established to manage the residential and commercial spaces. Since that time, the property management division has grown to be the major driving force within the Company.
Currently, MDI manages over 1,900 residential units and approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial space in locations throughout the Midwest.
