  Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! If you’re thinking of moving here, DONT! Under any circumstances! You’ll regret it every single day! Maintenance request take weeks/months to be completed, but they want that rent by all means, I’ve been here a year and my kitchen has flooded 5 or 6 times due to the dishwasher and disposal breaking every 2/3 weeks. They have the cheapest equipment so good luck with keeping anything running. Can’t have any overnight visitors unless approved by the office, can’t have fire pits, grills, etc (or maybe that’s just for black people because I have tons of videos/pics of neighbors with huge grills on their patio meanwhile I was told to sit mine INSIDE so they could be sure I wasn’t using it.) walls/ceilings are thin as paper so you can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing and saying. The office rarely ever answers the phone, but doesn’t hesitate to stick notices in your doorway. Shall I continue? Rent is outrageous for how awful this complex is and not to mention the late fee just went up to $125!! So yes, move here at your own risk.

  Great staff, easy to work with. The manager is always super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I usually don't write reviews but seeing one star reviews bad mouthing the staff made me want to rectify it! Haters are going to hate. Blessed to have found these people!!!

  Me and my wife filled out an application that they never processed. We also paid 125 in application fee after being told it was only 50$ and after we called we was told they “couldn’t find out payment”

  Submitted an application and paid the $30 a person and never heard back from them!! They are screwing people out of money this way. Very displeased with the management and decided to go a cheaper route for housing.
