Not only are the neighbors all polite and welcoming but the staff Landon, Kendra, and Andrea have always been extremely helpful, and professional in meeting any requirements I have had while living here. The maintenance team led my Matt has been extremely effective and efficient. When my AC went out Kevin had a temporary AC unit in my apartment the same day. They followed up the next day and complete had my AC back up in running. They were extremely communicative in letting me know when they entered and when work was completed. Absolutely love to live here!

If it were not for the investment I have made in buying my house I would still be living here. Landon(the property manager) is the best and made sure the process of moving out went smooth and he was even gracious enough to watch my two dogs. He is such a lover of animals. I would give him a 6 star review if I could, he goes above and beyond.

- JCJack CourtneyJul 25, 20221.0Terrible management and service. Hiding extra fees and do not come through with promises of how high tech the units are. Took 3 weeks to repair a water leak which they caused in my closet, could not live in my own unit for 3 weeks. No talk of compensation after that was completed. Very little communication other than when things are going wrong throughout the complex. Glad I got out when I could. Hopefully they step it up for future residents.
