  Been with them for 4 months. Submitted 2 maintenance tickets first week. One to put door handles so I can access the back door via the sliding door. They put a handle on the inside and did not put a handle on the outside. The second ticket was for a broken shower handle. Bill the maintenance guy who came out for the door, took the shower handle, and has not been seen since. It’s now 3 months after and if I want to use the shower I must use pliers. I have recently submitted a ticket to fix a non functioning oven, it’s a lil over two weeks later and they have tried to send the same company out to “inspect” the oven twice and have yet to order or approve an actual fix. No talk of accommodations or anything that they will do to make it right.

  This place has been a headache since they bought the duplex I stay in. Maintenance has not came back to fix my garage and I had to sign two different leases since they took over. So many fees are attached on top of rent and thr office isn't clear on any new transactions. They charged me a late fee for a 4.00 processing fee because I paid with a money order.

  Run from this company if they are handling a rental that you are looking at!!!! We rented a house from them with a one year contract. We documented the condition of the property with photographs when we moved in. When we moved out they docked us for a lot of miscellaneous items which we had included on the list when we moved in. They also added a large number of cleaning charges when we left. When we left if was cleaner than when we moved in. Dont plan on getting your full deposit back because they wont give it all back to you. We also had several maintenance items which it took them a long time to get someone over to resolve. Usually took 2 or 3 weeks to get the items resolved. One was never fully resolved. Look elsewhere unless you like dealing with these types of issues when you move out..............

  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve been renting from this company for over nine years, and I’m writing to warn others about their predatory practices. They will take advantage of you financially when you give them a 60-day notice to vacate. Currently, I’m under contract for a new home and have a 60-day notice that I’m moving out after nine years. Every renewal offer I’ve received in the almost decade I’ve lived here has included a month-to-month option, which is a couple of hundred dollars more per month compared to the 12-month leases. This is fair, but they’ve denied me the month-to-month agreement even though it’s been offered with every single renewal offer they’ve sent me. They will take advantage of your financial vulnerability. I’ve never once been late on my rent in the almost decade I’ve been here, including during the peak of COVID. I’ve always provided due diligence when it comes to maintaining the property and informed them of any potential home issues. I’m ashamed to have profited these con artists all these years who prey on the financially vulnerable. Please listen to the negative reviews of this company because they will nickel and dime you every chance they get. This company is the epitome of corporate greed. I’ll update this post after I officially move out. I must add that the maintenance men and contractors they’ve sent have always been great.
