  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve been renting from this company for over nine years, and I’m writing to warn others about their predatory practices. They will take advantage of you financially when you give them a 60-day notice to vacate. Currently, I’m under contract for a new home and have a 60-day notice that I’m moving out after nine years. Every renewal offer I’ve received in the almost decade I’ve lived here has included a month-to-month option, which is a couple of hundred dollars more per month compared to the 12-month leases. This is fair, but they’ve denied me the month-to-month agreement even though it’s been offered with every single renewal offer they’ve sent me. They will take advantage of your financial vulnerability. I’ve never once been late on my rent in the almost decade I’ve been here, including during the peak of COVID. I’ve always provided due diligence when it comes to maintaining the property and informed them of any potential home issues. I’m ashamed to have profited these con artists all these years who prey on the financially vulnerable. Please listen to the negative reviews of this company because they will nickel and dime you every chance they get. This company is the epitome of corporate greed. I’ll update this post after I officially move out. I must add that the maintenance men and contractors they’ve sent have always been great.

  Stay away from this place that only cares about taking your money. They asked me for a bunch of stuff for days straight (there is nothing that would keep them from not approving us our credit scores aren’t that high) but income and records are perfect, and I was sending them everything they needed. They leased the house I wanted to someone else claiming they didn’t receive my employment verification even though I have proof that the email was sent over a week ago. So unprofessional thank goodness this was a sign from god to stay away from this shady company I should’ve listened to the reviews. Also just Realized This is probably a scam because how are you going to claim that all you needed was an email even though it was sent to you.

  They have great communication and are very efficient. The property we looked at was well maintained and fairly priced.

  Terrible company. Poor communication. No help on issues with the rental home. Overpriced. And now requiring a “home inspection” that has cost me an additional $80 and will cost time off work to facilitate. Do not recommend. Slum lords.
