  I have had a wonderful experience living at London House. From the very beginning, Wiesje provided amazing, seamless help throughout the application process, making the move-in experience stress-free. Sarah has been incredible when following up with me and has pointed me in the right direction. The maintenance team is equally incredible—when my apartment had a slight issue, Travis showed up in under 30 minutes and resolved it immediately. Everyone here is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. It is rare to find a management team that cares this deeply about their residents, and their hard work truly makes this place feel like home. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and care the staff puts into this community!

  My girlfriend and I went in to check on my rental application today. Wiseje wexolemd us with a smile and open arms. She was beyond helpful. The inside of the office is so beautiful and clean as well! Experience 10/10

  I recently toured this apartment and had a great experience. The management team really stood out—they were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making the tour stress-free. It’s clear they care about their residents and take pride in the community. Overall, the excellent customer service and positive atmosphere made this one of the best apartment tours I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I had an outstanding experience throughout the entire application and touring process at this apartment community. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. A huge reason for such a positive experience was the property manager, who I believe was named Heather. She was absolutely wonderful — incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to make prospective residents feel valued, but she did exactly that. Her professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the level of customer service I received gave me complete confidence this is a beautiful community. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for not only a great place to live, but also a management team that genuinely cares about its residents.
