  Stephanie, Max, and the team were awesome to work with! I last bought a home 24 years ago, so a few things had changed. Stephanie found the home with the items on my wish-list to show me. She navigated me through the offer process to ensure I got the house I wanted. She had referrals for a moving company and cleaning company for my existing home. I don't think she could possible be any better to work with!

  My husband and I were at a point in our lives where we were thinking about downsizing. We wanted to have a first floor master, my husband was tired of the lawn work and both of us wanted a pool. We drove around looking at neighborhoods and went in some open houses. Then we met Gayle Flick! She is a “senior specialist “ and just what we needed. She also helped make the whole process fun. She suggested Colby Higgins at Community America to discuss a bridge loan. An option we never considered or knew about. We borrowed money against our current house to buy our new house. Then after we moved Gayle sold our house. Happy to say we love our house, neighborhood and pool! And we are thankful to Gayle!

  We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through building our new home. Although Stephanie represented the developer and builder, she always looked out for our best interests and made us feel supported every step of the way. She helped extend our lot reservation so we had more time to finalize our floor plan, and even convinced the developer to honor our original locked lot price after other lots increased by $10,000. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and matched us with the right builder. Throughout the entire building process, Stephanie was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She even spent over an hour explaining our contract while packing for a family vacation, which really showed her dedication and care. We’re so grateful for everything Stephanie did for us and highly recommend her to anyone looking to build a new home!

  I had another realtor for 5 months that couldn’t sell my house and brought me only on legitimate offer that was 60k less than the property tax value. Ashley was brought in, they staged the empty house, took a video walk through, and even had drone footage of the property. She plugged the house on social media, scheduled open houses, and got most of the full asking price. She will sell your house!
