  I visited this property recently and had an opportunity to meet the community manager Jennifer. I could tell she really takes pride in the work she does. She was hospitable, kind and helpful during my visit! I'm looking forward to moving here in the near future!

  If I could give a 0 I would. Before move in I was told it was a updated unit and all this work was going to be done. Upon move in there was chipped walls and paint everywhere including the wooded floors. My fridge looked like someone took a hammer to it and when asked for a new one I was told, because it still worked they had not replaced but would. Fast forward to three plus weeks it was never done. Broken stairs leading up to the apartment. Trash EVERYWHERE. Apartment with roaches and they come “spray” some chemical that does not kill bugs but rather leaks into other apartments causing illness and a TERRIBLE INTOLERABLE SMELL. There is only an ac unit in the apartment that only cooled the living room down. Neighbors slamming doors and outside at all hours of the night blaring music etc. I finally broke my lease and paid the 1500 fee plus my last months rent and any other utility fees etc. I felt so uncomfortable I was staying at my parents for a couple weeks and recently went back to pack up and clean a bit. It’s exactly a week since I was there and before move out and they are now charging a 100 cancellation fee (mandatory wall treatment) that I have no knowledge of at all. No correspondence what’s so ever and I obviously was not there or contacted when they entered my home to do whatever work they supposedly did and trying to charge me for. Stay away from this place. The price is not worth it. Management is horrible and never respond. The pool was closed other than office hours due to constant vandalism and neighbors were asked to police the area on their own if there was anyone in the pool after hours. Horrible place to live and management is corrupt. From April to August 2023

  BLACK MOLD WARNING. THEFT WARNING. Decided to live here last year as it was close to work and school. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. We started having maintenance issues right off the bat. Our shower upstairs leaked down the wall and was reported to management however they came and fixed the leak but did not air out the wall resulting in a huge mold presence. Any other maintenance issues were left unresolved without calling 3-4 times and going to the office to get them to do anything. We're moving out and I suggest avoiding this area as we came to move a few things and our storage unit was broken into and my tools stolen.

  There are so many issues with this apartment complex. Don't bother applying here unless you want to be screwed out of time and money.
