  ROACHES! I had to get rid of half my stuff when I moved out because the roach infestation in my apartment was so bad. Management refused to treat for bugs and we had to treat them ourselves but everytime we got rid of them they came back. Management also refused to do pretty much anything else. We had a gaping hole in our bathroom floor from the day we moved in that was never addressed, a running toilet for almost a year they refused to fix and we had to pay the water bill for, and no heat for an entire winter. Everytime we put a maintenance request in it would be checked off in the portal as if it was fixed but maintenance would never come. The dumpster was also overflowing with trash everywhere and the issue was not addressed until we reported it to the city. They took our whole security deposit and are trying to charge us MORE to fix the property they refused to fix despite us requesting maintenance regularly for years while we lived there.

  If I could give a 0 I would. Before move in I was told it was a updated unit and all this work was going to be done. Upon move in there was chipped walls and paint everywhere including the wooded floors. My fridge looked like someone took a hammer to it and when asked for a new one I was told, because it still worked they had not replaced but would. Fast forward to three plus weeks it was never done. Broken stairs leading up to the apartment. Trash EVERYWHERE. Apartment with roaches and they come “spray” some chemical that does not kill bugs but rather leaks into other apartments causing illness and a TERRIBLE INTOLERABLE SMELL. There is only an ac unit in the apartment that only cooled the living room down. Neighbors slamming doors and outside at all hours of the night blaring music etc. I finally broke my lease and paid the 1500 fee plus my last months rent and any other utility fees etc. I felt so uncomfortable I was staying at my parents for a couple weeks and recently went back to pack up and clean a bit. It’s exactly a week since I was there and before move out and they are now charging a 100 cancellation fee (mandatory wall treatment) that I have no knowledge of at all. No correspondence what’s so ever and I obviously was not there or contacted when they entered my home to do whatever work they supposedly did and trying to charge me for. Stay away from this place. The price is not worth it. Management is horrible and never respond. The pool was closed other than office hours due to constant vandalism and neighbors were asked to police the area on their own if there was anyone in the pool after hours. Horrible place to live and management is corrupt. From April to August 2023

  So, so, so many reasons why this place deserves negative infinity stars. The main reason is I no longer felt safe. There were always domestic disputes going on and I've heard gunshots nearby several times(as in right behind us on Graystone). A lot of thievery as well. I couldn't go a full week without seeing one or more police cars in the parking lot for one reason or another. I think that is reason enough not to rent there. Oh, and if you don't like the management just wait a year - it'll change. The maintenance staff changed over so frequently that we only saw one maintenance person twice for back to back maintenance issues. The office staff would also benefit from improving communication amongst themselves, maintenance staff (we had two different people come fix an issue that was already fixed by the previous one), and, more importantly, their residents. Please proceed with caution.

  There are so many issues with this apartment complex. Don't bother applying here unless you want to be screwed out of time and money.

  The staff is always rude and not helpful. Worst experience living anywhere in my entire life. If you had a dog they came up with a charge in the middle of my lease chargin an extra 25 bucks a pet because people weren't picking up poop and I looked on the website of the company they hired to pick it up and they do not charge very much at all and the complex was gouging the residents also I hardly ever see the company pick up poop so it is everywhere and since we all pay for them to clean it almost no one picks it up so there is poop everywhere. The owner made a huge mistake hiring this new management company they don't care about you all they care about is money.
