Several residents found themselves locked out of the building—not due to lost fobs, but because the building's own electronic locking system failed. Since this happened after hours, the leasing office was already closed. I contacted emergency maintenance on behalf of the group, only for management to send a building-wide email stating that we are expected to hire our own locksmiths to regain entry. It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your own home through no fault of your own, only to be told the solution is coming out of your own pocket.

The office is extremely rude and unhelpful, literally yelled at me for Calling and asking a question. Charges every dime they can possibly squeeze out upon move out, despite being a low income property.
