- EPEriana ParrishJun 11, 20261.0There is mold growing on the wall near the dishwasher, I have put in several tickets that keep getting closed out with no work being done and when I showed up to the office I was blown off and was told that I need to calm down there’s no maintenance til Monday. So they expect me and my sickly child to stay in a moldy apartment cause they don’t want to deal with it. There’s never in parking. The management is horrible. One star rating is way too high. 0/ 10 recommend. The property manager here is extremely rude. These are beautiful apartments that are poorly ran. If you can live somewhere else do so! Save yourself the headache

- CCCheyenne CookApr 24, 20261.0Calling this place "home" has been a major disappointment, and today was a perfect example of why. Several residents found themselves locked out of the building—not due to lost fobs, but because the building's own electronic locking system failed. Since this happened after hours, the leasing office was already closed. I contacted emergency maintenance on behalf of the group, only for management to send a building-wide email stating that we are expected to hire our own locksmiths to regain entry. It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your own home through no fault of your own, only to be told the solution is coming out of your own pocket.
