The price is unbeatable, especially regarding the location and considering rental price points in Lawrence. Management is always very quick to respond and Travis is a wonderful maintenance man! Any minor issues we have had have been taken care of very promptly. We are very happy here!
- BMBrooke MillerJan 6, 20265.0I’ve lived in a lot of rentals in Lawrence over the years. Fox Run hands down has the best maintenance and management, I’ve experienced. Putting in a service request is easy with the app and Travis responds swiftly and goes the extra mile to get things fixed. The professionalism of operations here can’t be matched. Jessie does a great job communicating and they keep the clubhouse, pool and gym in impeccable condition. I needed to move to a ground floor one level unit after a medical crisis and surgery, and am so glad I found this place. My only struggle is the sound from upstairs neighbors.
