The price is unbeatable, especially regarding the location and considering rental price points in Lawrence. Management is always very quick to respond and Travis is a wonderful maintenance man! Any minor issues we have had have been taken care of very promptly. We are very happy here!

All questions or service requests are handled with the upmost professionalism and quality of service. The property is quiet, clean, and newly renovated. If you are looking for a peaceful, family-focused apartment community in Lawrence, this is your place!

They make look nice, but if you get in one of these apartments, as soon as you move out, they'll violate FDCPA laws and immediately send anything they think you owe to a creditor without notifying you first. You'll fight it for 2+ years of your life just to be done with these cheats. How do I know this? I'm currently living it.
