  I have considered moving back to the Kansas side of KC, and checked these apartments out while visiting a friend. I sure hope, just from the first glance, everyone runs as far away and as fast from this property as they can. It is such a nasty place and obviously unsafe! You can read other reviews for all the nasty details, I won’t waste my time recapping it all again, but I will say one thing… it’s so bad that there was a homeless dude just sleeping on the front steps of one of the building’s entrances in a broad daylight.

  What a terrible experience. They have absolutely no customer service skills; the Spanish-speaking woman made me look everything up online and didn't even bother to check her system for a single thing. It’s ridiculous that an apartment complex—which displays a huge sign announcing availability and immediate move-ins—would treat you with such a lack of attention and courtesy the moment you walk into their office. If they don't know how to do their jobs, they should hire staff who actually want to work and know how to serve customers. I will never go back! Just awful.

  Mis experiencias han sido malas la electricidad del edificio super vieja y de mala calidad no hay higiene en las alfombras de los pasillos y la gerente que pusieron nueva tienen mal trato con los inquilinos no lo recomiendo a nadie y sobre todo la gerente no tiene ética para con el servicio al cliente deberían revisar eso es un caos

  Hey I love it here but I wish our gym had more like a stairmaster added and our broken items either fix or replaced the amenities was one of the reason we moved here of coarse other reason mainly the gym but other than that it my happy places for now almost 4yrs in counting 💜
