I wanted to share a positive perspective on Legends 267 because I believe it’s important to remember that not every review reflects the experience of every resident.
Since the new management came in, I’ve noticed a lot of great additions and improvements throughout the community that I genuinely appreciate. I also feel that reviews should highlight the good just as much as they point out things people may not agree with or have concerns about.
Everyone’s experience is different, so I encourage anyone considering living here to come and form their own opinion. For me, I enjoy calling Legends 267 home, and I appreciate the things that have been done to make the community a better place.
Of course, if there ever comes a time when I no longer agree with the direction of the community or feel it’s no longer the right fit for me, I believe I have the choice to move. Until then, I’m happy to call Legends 267 home and wanted to share that positive experience with others.

Great Location, But Major Issues with Transparency and Management
I wanted to share an honest review of my time living here. To be fair, the location is great—it is close to major highways and plenty of restaurants. However, my positive impression of the location has been ruined by ongoing issues with hidden fees, poor communication, and tricky lease policies.
First, management is not upfront about extra costs. You will be surprised by how many hidden transaction fees are tacked on after you sign.
Second, staff lacks basic flexibility. When I moved in, the East elevator closest to my unit was broken. Using the West elevator turned a quick trip into a 25-minute ordeal. When my brother and I tried using the main elevator to move our belongings faster, management stopped us after an hour and insisted we use the West side. Rather than offering a reasonable solution for an amenity that was broken on their end, they showed zero empathy.
Finally, their lease renewal process is confusing and misleading. Month-to-month options carry a $300 rate hike, while 3-month ($200) and 6-month ($150) terms also add steep increases. Management failed to disclose that the $150 garage parking fee was included in the month-to-month tier until I directly challenged the charges. To make matters worse, paying $150 to reserve a garage spot is entirely unnecessary because open parking is available in the building garage and at the Legend garage without paying the extra fee.
In conclusion, no matter how appealing the location might seem, the hidden fees, misleading communication, and unhelpful management make living here a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and money I strongly advise against leasing at this apartment complex.
