  Horrible apartment, from the elevator constantly breaking, to the dirty “dog park”, and CONSTANT FIRE ALARMS. I can’t even count how many times we were evacuated in the middle of the night because of a burst pipe or faulty fire alarm. Finally have moved out and we’re still being charged for utility here! Almost 2000$ and no response from management regarding a refund… STAY AWAY……

  The amenities are nice, and most of the residents I've interacted with have been friendly and pleasant. However, good amenities can only go so far when management is difficult to reach and unresponsive to maintenance concerns. Residents deserve timely communication, reliable maintenance support, and confidence that their concerns are being taken seriously. Based on my experience, management has consistently fallen short in these areas.
