  Shelly Crane sold our beloved family house in Hope. We have never met her, but she took the reins with such care, evaluated the house with our contractor, found a buyer in about 2 weeks, and is handling all the details for closing just 2 weeks later this Friday. Neither we, nor buyer can be there. We have felt confidence in her professionalism, clear and honest approach, and quick responses to any questions. We sincerely recommend her! Julie and Don Bohl

  This woman is a rockstar. We recently sold our business (three multi-unit apartment complexes) and Shelly guided us through every step with the patience of a saint. Our paperwork was a mess and Shelly went way above what a typical realtor is likely to do. She helped us navigate merging our LLCs, spoke on our behalf to our bank and two different title companies in two different counties. Our sales would never have gone through without Shelly being so actively involved. Shelly was realistic with us about the values of our properties while advocating for us to get the most of out them. She also communicated with the buyers, saving us a lot of stress along the way. The best part was how quickly she sold our properties. We fully expected to be hanging on to them until late 2026, but Shelly had them listed and under contract in 48 hours!! The whole process only took two months from listing to closing. We couldn't have done this without Shelly. She is so great I'm almost a little sad we don't have more business for her. If we are ever in need of a realtor again, Shelly Crane will be our go-to person again and again.
